“This place is located inside the outlet mall in Orange so there's a lot of foot traffic. There was a short line but it moved quickly.

Not sure about all these reviews of bad customer service but we had a very nice girl help us at the counter on our visit. Just a salted and buttered pretzel and a cinnamon pretzel for us but she did ask if we needed sauces or anything else.“

“Highly recommend giving this place a try. Its like a fancy Wetzel's Pretzels. They have all of the normal pretzel items you can get at a Wetzel's in the mall, but they also have bigger, more filling items like Twists, loaded bitz, and hot dogs. The loaded bitz are great because they are the normal bitz with some very tasty toppings. I got the Baja Elote loaded bitz, but they also had other flavors like Bacon Ranch and S'mores. I think I'll try the S'mores one next time as I love chocolate! I also got the strawberry coco dream drink which is strawberry lemonade with coconut flavor and a thick cream on top. VERY good.“

“The family and I stopped at the Irvine Spectrum on the way up to LA and out son wanted a snack so we stopped at one of his favorite places, Wetzels. His favorite is the pepperoni pizza pretzel or the pepperoni bites. Of course my go to is always the plain bites, they are a great grab and go snack to get me through the day.It was a pretty cold, rainy, and windy day Saturday. The employees were super nice and I was able to walk up, grab my order and go. They made sure to wrap up our pretzels and place in a plastic bag to ensure our pretzels didn't get wet on the go. Just overall amazing and friendly. Live this Wetzels and the people there!“

“Fresh a d fun snacks. Our kids really enjoyed this fun “sip and snack” product. We got a small lemonade ($6) and the pretzels with cheese dipping sauce (almost $10). Its a little insultingly expensive at almost $16 for what it is, but for a special treat it’s worth the novelty and smiles it brings.

Vegetarian options: Its pretzels dipped in butter. So, if you’re down with butter, this place is for you!“

“I enjoyed Wetzel’s Pretzels. It was strange that they didn’t have a big menu board in the restaurant. They had tiny menus in front of the cash registers. A big menu would make it easier to decide on what I want before I get to the register. I got the cheesy dog.“
