“I just had the BEST experience at the Wendy’s in Orland, CA, thanks to Anothai! He was absolutely amazing—accommodating, fun, and genuinely great at what he does. His positive energy turned what could have been a routine visit into a memorable one.

Our closest Wendy’s is 20 minutes away, but I would happily make the drive again just to see him. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly stands out like Anothai, and I believe exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged.

Too often, great experiences are overshadowed by complaints, so I wanted to make sure this one didn’t go unnoticed. See you next week, Anothai—keep up the amazing work!

“The food was hot and fresh, and the store was clean overall. Hector was preparing food behind the counter. He greeted me, offered the fresh batch of pizza coming out, and also told me about a promotion to save a little. Hector's attitude caught me off guard a bit, much more personable and friendly than what I typically encounter in a gas station quick mart... I originally stopped into Pilot as the more familiar place, but their food was out. I am glad I walked over to Mavericks.“

“This is my first time going to this Subway location, never been here before. I was driving to Redding from Sacramento yesterday and I happen to pass by here to get something to eat. When I walked inside, it was pretty quiet, I didn't see any customers inside. I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub sandwich with chips and drink. I used a coupon and gift card to pay.“
