Food and service is phenomenal and would definitely recommend as a quick stop during road trips or if you are in a hurry and want tasty food 👌
Usually the parking spots are taken up by staff and third-party delivery drivers so I'd recommend prioritizing the drive thru since that's where all of their focus is due to the amount of people passing through constantly

The food is always great. But I try to order online for pickup, and it says drive thru only. I order inside pick up at the Ventura location all the time. We ended up going to McDonalds instead.
Best fast food and so consistent
