Subway in Oxnard

“A very friendly Subway. Food dependable and fresh. Counter ladies smiling helpful and welcoming. If you're from the South, do not expect to find sweet tea west of Texas! But mixing the raspberry with the plain was a reasonable substitute.“

“As far as Subway's go this is 5 stars, though it is just a Subway. Pam and Corrina are always there, always ready, and always consistent. They make sure to follow safety and health protocols which I appreciate and always thank me for coming. The proportions are accurate and the ladies listen, so if you want or need anything just ask! Clean and consistent.“

“I like this restaurant! They serve awesome dishes, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is very trained, I like a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the customers is very good too. I often go to this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.“

“This girl Giselle is so cool, she is so funny and so helpful in a way only I could describe in a movie like Good Burger (1997). She helped me thought my first ever subway very patiently and I love the things she recommended me . 10/10 would go again. Heavy on that pickle stuff . It’s bomb.“

“Great service. The gentleman who served me informed me that there is new ownership and the owner is all about customer service. My food was delicious and everyone is the restaurant were so kind and welcoming. I recommend the restaurant. Go have a delicious sandwich.“

“I was lucky enough to have been helped by Alejanrina. She’s was very quick making my sandwiches after been waiting for about 5 minutes for the other two girls to make one order. Alejandrina shouldn’t be doing the cleaning as she is more efficient than the other two girls together. I also didn’t like that the manager didn’t take charge in the speed and efficiency of making one single order, instead she had everyone else waiting.“

“I moved to Oxnard when I was 13 years old and now I’m 32 this subway spot has always been THAT SPOT THE WORKERS THERE ARE INCREDIBLE PEOPLE I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR GOT TREATED IN A RUDE WAY AT ALL MY FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH AND TASTE SO GOOD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS CLEAN YOU CAN ALWAYS SIT AND EAT THERE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH YOUR FRIEND OR FAMILY GO CHECK IT OUT DONT JUDGE THEM OVER BAD REVIEWS SOMETIMES THE PEOPLE POSTING THE BAD REVIEWS ARE THE RUDE CUSTOMERS THAT COME INSIDE AND DON’T GET WHAT THEY WANT WITH THE ATTITUDE THEY GIVE TO THE WORKERS I WORKED IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY BEFORE AND I SEEN A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WALK IN AND JUST BE RUDE FROM THE START AND NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT PREPARING FOOD. “I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the excellent customer service. I was trying to place an order through the app so I could use a coupon, but there was a glitch that wouldn’t allow me to update the store location. I went into the restaurant and used the kiosk instead, but when I got to checkout, the coupon wasn’t being honored.

I explained the situation to the employee at the counter, and she let me know the coupon was intended for app orders. After I showed her the issue I was having with the app, she didn’t hesitate to help and honored the coupon for me. That level of understanding and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated.

After placing my order, she even took the time to confirm that all the ingredients listed were exactly how I wanted my sub prepared. I stepped outside while my order was being made, and when I came back in, she was helping another customer. Even so, she made sure the employee at the service counter knew I was there for a pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary.

It’s rare to find customer service that attentive and proactive. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience!“
