“Pam the manager is so sweet and the only reason I come back to this location. I live closer to 2 other Oxnard locations but she always remembers my order and is always so patient and kind with me as well as any customers that I see. If y’all ever consider getting rid of my girl Pam I’ll be furious.“

“I was lucky enough to have been helped by Alejanrina. She’s was very quick making my sandwiches after been waiting for about 5 minutes for the other two girls to make one order. Alejandrina shouldn’t be doing the cleaning as she is more efficient than the other two girls together. I also didn’t like that the manager didn’t take charge in the speed and efficiency of making one single order, instead she had everyone else waiting.“

“This girl Giselle is so cool, she is so funny and so helpful in a way only I could describe in a movie like Good Burger (1997). She helped me thought my first ever subway very patiently and I love the things she recommended me . 10/10 would go again. Heavy on that pickle stuff . It’s bomb.“

“I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the excellent customer service. I was trying to place an order through the app so I could use a coupon, but there was a glitch that wouldn’t allow me to update the store location. I went into the restaurant and used the kiosk instead, but when I got to checkout, the coupon wasn’t being honored.

I explained the situation to the employee at the counter, and she let me know the coupon was intended for app orders. After I showed her the issue I was having with the app, she didn’t hesitate to help and honored the coupon for me. That level of understanding and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated.

After placing my order, she even took the time to confirm that all the ingredients listed were exactly how I wanted my sub prepared. I stepped outside while my order was being made, and when I came back in, she was helping another customer. Even so, she made sure the employee at the service counter knew I was there for a pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary.
