Subway in Simi Valley

Stopped in and ordered two Spicy Italian footlongs and had a really great experience. Brandon, the manager, helped me out and honestly went above and beyond. He was super friendly, patient while I was deciding what I wanted on both sandwiches, and made sure everything was exactly how I asked.

You can tell Brandon actually cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. He was welcoming, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Both sandwiches came out perfect too!

“Ever since Jay and Swati took over this subway, we've noticed that the place was alot cleaner. The employees are well groomed and clean. The sandwiches was consistently made with generous amount of meat and veggies. Most of all, the employees are always pleasant and provides the best customer service that I've ever seen at any Subway location. My husband and I always make a point of supporting them by going there for lunch after church every Sunday.“
