“This restaurant is a local gem! My friend ordered the food for us to share. The first dish she surprised me with was the Foo Young, and I wanted to take all the foo young home for my family to try! It was so yummy!
Their Vietnamese crepes are also made perfectly! We enjoyed the clay pot with all the mushrooms and veggies too.

“We went here for my wife's birthday. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Elisnara was so fantastic and attentive I don't think we had anything empty the whole time. The manager Darlan was so awesome. We definitely will be coming back. Will be sending all of our friends and family here.“

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, healthy, and clean. Three of us are vegetarian and we were easily accommodated with plenty of tasty options, which was such a nice surprise. The owner even came out to greet us, and she was so kind and friendly, making the experience extra special. It’s a small, cozy hole-in-the-wall spot that’s very clean and welcoming. “OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“We found this place online and decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is a bit small, good for small groups of up to four. And you can use the tablet to put in an order.

We ordered the Omakase, the dill roll, and the baked unagi roll. The fish was fresh and delicious, but their rolls were a bit too heavy in flavor for me. I had to keep eating ginger to cleanse my palate.“

“Lanzhou is an ancient, desert city on the old Silk Road so its culinary heritage is as wide as it is deep. While I’ve not been there I would like to think the food here is pretty authentic Gansu province cuisine. It’s always a good sign when a restaurant is popular, but it’s a better sign when an Asian restaurant is full of Asian patrons. Everything we had here was good. The chili crunch oil condiment (which is mild and has smoky, earthy flavor) made everything even better. Guaranteed I’m going back.“

Between both visits we’ve ordered the Lamb Tikka Marsala, butter chicken, lamb skewers, Tandoori chicken and all were very good. Fully stocked bar, TV and good spacing between tables. Service was pleasant. We arrived and host was on the phone, but didn’t make us wait , he had us seated right away. The wait for food was timely. If you’re looking for good Indian food in the East Bay Area, this is it.“

“I've ordered takeout from Pho Viet several times now, and it never disappoints. My go-to is the grilled beef with garlic noodles, always paired with an egg roll on the side—and it's fantastic every time. The portion size is just right for a satisfying, well-rounded meal. I love that they include fresh veggies like carrots and lettuce at the bottom, which adds a nice balance to the dish.

The beef is always perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the garlic noodles are packed with flavor. And trust me, the egg roll is a must—crispy, flavorful, and the perfect finishing touch.

The staff are always super friendly when I stop by to pick up my order, which makes the experience even better. I’m really looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu, especially the pho, which I’ve heard great things about.

“Fresh ahi tuna stack was uber delicious especially if you love sushi. Layers of edamame and cucumber at the bottom, plentiful chopped sashimi grade tuna in the middle and generously minced avocado at the top! YUM -Sorry no photo. I ate it all!“

“Chopan is my go-to restaurant for dinner takeout when I’m hosting family or friends and don’t have the time to cook. A referral from a friend, I couldn’t believe how authentic and delicious the kababs tasted — their chaplee kabab comes close to my aunt’s legendary cooking, and that’s saying something.

This particular location is an unassuming little space nestled in a busy plaza, lots of families weaving in and out. I am so glad for them to have enough business to expand to San Ramon, more of the Bay Area deserves to taste their goodness!

This is my usual order:
- Banjan Borani (comes with pita)
- Chicken shammi kabab (platter with rice)
- Sides of beef chaplee kabab
- Aushak
- Occasionally, I’ll add the Bolani Kachaloo

“Very homie type of comfort food. Food always tastes great have been going here for years ! Salt and pepper chicken is my go to favorite. Small interior so best for takeout. The cooks are great, host is always nice. Be warned it can get crazy busy on weekends especially evenings, its better to order in person and just grocery shop nearby while you wait.“

“My daughter and I found this little gem while staying in Concord. We now try to get to Concord early every time we come so we can stop here. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly enough, but they have things to do so they wont be hovering. But, if you need something, its easy to get someone's attention. Each seat has a little wooden decoration with a QR code on it. You scan it and order from your phone. The food arrives quickly. Its hot and delicious! I highly recommend this place.“

“This private winery is nestled just below Mt. Diablo with beautiful views of the vineyards. We tried the wine flights (dark and light) and we loved them both. My personal favorite was the Malbec (dark) and the Rose (white). We arrived at 3pm for Saturday brunch and the vibe was amazing. We ordered the Halibut and the special of the day, duck. Halibut was a bit on the dry side but the duck was spot on. Overall, great vibes and energy from the staff. We'll be back again !“
