“Definitely a unique place. I was here on a Tuesday, when the bowling alley is closed, so other than people coming in for pickup it was pretty quiet. There are two small tables for dining in, which I did. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich with level 2 heat (first date). The sandwich is huge. The heat was manageable, thankfully, because some reviews sounded a little daunting. I have to say I’m glad I tried it and the sandwich was good, but just ok and not spectacular. I also had pasta salad (just ok as well). I wanted to give this place a five star review, because the idea is solid, but just couldn’t.“
“Almost always busy since it's located inside the serramonte mall food court. This is my top fast food chicken choice in this area. Best known for their filipino style cuisine, the affordable prices and always crispy, flavorful chicken with gravy have always been a winning choice when I'm hungry.“
“Food was good .. and staff was very nice . Especially Marilyn. . My grand daughter mistakenly spilled her drink and she made no fuss to clean it up for us quickly and brought her another mango drink . I'm visiting from arizona but will see if there any locations out there .“

“I’m not a fast food person, but I wanted to give this KFC a 5 stars for their interior design. I have visited KFCs in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Not one of the above can compete with this KFC’s interior design. Most of the KFCs in San Francisco area are dirty, worn out, and barely has any dine in tables.This KFC is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It was such an amazing experience just stopping by. I also love how their chicken sandwich was thoughtfully wrapped in foil wrap lining bag which most of the fast food restaurants don’t care to do.“
“Everything is good, only thing that really sucks is that the milkshakes are hella gross, either learn to make em better & sweet or just don't have them in the menu, if I wanted to drink a glass of regular milk I could do that at home lol overall thou chicken with the cone & all the different sauces go crazy!“
