“I finally had the chance to try Crave Coffee and Tea, and it did not disappoint. The rustic, cozy atmosphere was perfect, and the cool air inside provided a refreshing break from the heat. The barista was friendly and helpful, offering a few suggestions when I asked for drink recommendations. I ended up going with the iced dirty chai, which lived up to the hype--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich chai flavor. Plus, I loved the tiny cubed ice! “First time visiting. Went on a Wednesday night around 730pm. The vibe here is a whole other level. So positive and energetic. The music is nice. Customer service is great. They offer military discounts too! Even the bathroom is upscale! They have perfumes & hair ties in there. I highly recommend for date nights and as a hang out spot. I highly recommend.“

“New location that isn't busy in my experience. Order came out quickly and accurately and I was greeted when walking in. They even grouped my 2 orders together (due to an issue with the app) which is what I wanted. Food could be a little warmer though so have to take a star off for that.

Parking: Parking lot is on the smaller side but this location is not busy for some reason.“

“This is my first visit at this large Starbuck’s Coffee Shop yesterday on Sunday on May 28, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. I love the inside of this Starbucks Coffee Shop it’s very spacious and when I walked into the front door I could smell their delicious aroma of their flavored coffee brewing in the pot. I placed my Regular Iced Coffee Order with this man barista, I didn’t know his name. He was super friendly to me and he gave me excellent customer service. This Regular Size Iced Coffee, I added one packet of the raw sugar these granules are a rough bits of sugar. It’s a natural sweetness. The price was $4.00 for the Grande Size Cup. It took about 20 minutes later for my name to be called to pick upmy one cup of this Iced Coffee at the side counter. The people at this Starbucks Coffee Shop yesterday was extremely crowded their line extended outside into this Starbucks Coffee Shop’s patio area. This location in the Main Street area in Vista, CA was very popular. I sat inside this Starbucks Coffee Shop and it was very comfortable sitting in their wooden chair. I also sat next to a huge window and I could see outside. I really enjoyed drinking my regular Iced Coffee with the Raw Sugar added to it. It was a delicious experience for me. The barista who served me he has dark brown hair with a beard and he was wearing one earring. He was very polite and has a really friendly attitude towards me. It made me feel really special being served by him. I highly recommend this Starbucks Coffee Shop.“

“Edit: Second visit. I went back to try the boba again. The barista was so friendly and helpful--- love that! That's my number one when I go to a retail place. I want great customer service. He made our boba and once we got the drinks, it tasted like just milk. He said they just forgot to add the sugar. Once he remade the drinks, they tasted great. Thank you! :)

First visit: I ordered taro smoothie with boba. The worker was friendly and said it would be 5 minutes for the boba to be ready. I said that’s fine.
When I got my drink, the taro smoothie was ??. Except, the boba had no flavor at all. Not even subtly sweet. Just a plain, tasteless ball. I asked, and they said because they just made it.? I never have had that happen, and for a $10 drink, they probably should have remade it for me, because boba is the product they’re selling. Service was good but not sure I would come back and spend that much on flavor-free jelly balls.“

“Perfect location for the San Elijo crowd, and there really is a crowd at 2:35 every weekday when the middle school gets out. The staff is unfailingly nice and cheery no matter how slammed they get, and somehow they never run out of the additives like oatmilk, chocolate cold foam, etc, which other Starbucks have done.“

“This is a conveniently located Starbucks. They staff is always helpful, the store is always clean. Recently, they took out all of their indoor seating, but there is still patio seating. So I suppose this location is best suited to pick up orders, evening visits, or for people that want to brave the relentless escondido summer heat. The store itself has AC and standing accommodations only.

Taking out the seating for customers was done as a legitimate safety concern. However, it would have been better if they worked with the property management to get guardrails installed versus removing one of the best features of this Starbucks that's been here for so many years.

It's still a great place to stop if you're running errand at the mall it's located in. There is a huge parking lot, but it can get busy. Tons of food, banking, and shopping nearby.

Vegetarian options: All Starbucks have some sort of vegetarian selection or snacks.

Dietary restrictions: They are always willing to customize drink to meet your dietary needs. It's never been an issue here.

Parking: There is a really big parking lot, but it is a busy shopping center with lots of business to service.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, but less so without seating. Standing tables inside are to tall for kids. Small Starbucks in general.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is, but wheelchair accessible parking is NOT located directly in front of the store.“
