I ordered a cinnamon roll, and I asked for a cup of water. They charged me a dollar. I can understand if this is purified water however it was tap water. I won't be coming back again.
The dip was completely cold for the pretzel. When you order a salt pretzel, you expect a hot cheese dip if you want to get it. They are always hot. These were so incredibly cold. They were splitting into half. They were completely useless. The person rudely refused to heat up what should already have been hot in the first place. They were not edible. I will not be coming back.
First time visiting. Wanted a snack in between shopping and ordered the cinnamon pretzel bites and the hot dog minis. Deduct 1 star: the hot dog they used for the pretzel dog was spoiled and tasted terrible. Another star deducted: long lines. I wanted to return the pretzel dog minis but the long line was a complete turn off. I may return and I recommend this auntie Anne’s with caution. Beware what you order & be prepared to return your order if necessary.
