“We ate here based on reviews and it was not a disappointment. The tempura shrimp and vegetables were perfectly fried in a light tempura batter; the yellowtail in ponzu with thinly sliced jalapeño was fresh and light and topped with delicious micro-greens; the toro, salmon belly, yellowtail belly and seared red snapper nigiri was as fresh and flavorful as can be; and the seared spicy tuna roll was topped with a delicious and light olive oil and herb sauce that I can't describes as anything other than delicious. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and attentive. As a local, I will be back here again and again. They made us feel like we were invited into their home. This is the only place in Coachella Valley we will eat sushi from now on.“

“It was a great dinner for our family of 11. The service was great until we ordered dessert, which never arrived. We finally canceled the desert and left because the kids were losing it. Something must have happened in the kitchen. That was the only time they were unresponsive.“

“Dinner was delicious and fun to watch chef prepare it with his many fun antics. There was a loud party at end of restaurant that were so loud that ii was hard to converse in our own section. ...but that was a unique situation...without that group the ambiance would have been enjoyable.“

“They have an excellent chef. I know he works hard to make the best of everything. The wait staff are too few and far between. This kills the overall eating experience when we have to ask for everything twice, including the bill before we leave. Pick it up or this great restaurant will loose its audience.“

“Leo, Felipe, and Alonzo are amazing! The staff make you feel like family and take super great care of us! Everything is always fresh. The Leo#6 is off menu but highly recommended when Leo is there! Can't recommend this establishment enough! Thank you guys! Amazing job!“

“Patience combined with tenacity and a lot of cash will get you a fantastic lunch & dinner experience. Recommend throwing caution to the wind and sitting at the bar overlooking Stadium 2. Incredible sushi and lychee martinis.“

“Great place for a fast/fresh teriyaki bowl. Small place, not so much a dine-in atmosphere place, but totally fine for grabbing a quick bite or taking to go. The chicken bowl portion was generous. Flavors were good and ingredients fresh. Might just pop back for lunch again today. 😊“

“Rolls are HUGE this could be good or bad depending on your preference but no matter what you order it’s going to be a delicious and each dish definitely puts on a show ! The place is small and cozy and service is good. The only thing I do stay away from here is the lemonade never had a lemonade taste so synthetic and fake. Over all this is a great establishment with rolls that have personality.“

“Love this place! I just movies to the area and discovered Beech, please! What a find! My new go,to restaurant! The food is wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful. The owner is friendly and funny. “The food was delicious! It came out very quickly after we ordered. We got beef and chicken teriyaki plates with the rice and noodles and I would eat it for dinner every night if I could. The teriyaki sauce was the most delicious I’ve tasted with a lovely homemade flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Japanese cuisine!“
