“Pho Vu in La Quinta is a solid choice when you’re craving Vietnamese comfort food. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, served steaming hot with plenty of fresh herbs and toppings. Portions are generous, and the noodles are always cooked just right. The spring rolls and banh mi are also worth trying - fresh, light, and well-balanced. Service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant feels clean and casual, perfect for a relaxed meal. Prices are reasonable for the portion size.
Only thing to note: it can get busy during peak times, so a little wait is possible. Still, it’s one of the better pho spots in the valley and definitely worth a visit.“

“This was my first visit to Pho Vu. It was very busy but the staff seated us and even recommended some dishes to try. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious and very flavorful. I can see why it's such a busy spot. If you've never tried Vietnamese cuisine before, this is a great place to start. We will return for future visits. Delicious and large size portions.“

“Had an amazing meal at La Baguette. The Banh Mi was so good we had to order extra bread to take home. They bake it fresh every day, and you can really taste it. The pork and shrimp spring rolls were also fantastic, but the real star was the dipping sauce. It was so good, we were tempted to drink it straight haha. Seriously, I’d come back just for that sauce alone. The staff were amazing too. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to for the Banh Mi, spring rolls, and that unbeatable sauce. Highly recommend!“
