Charleys Cheesesteaks is a restaurant that offers great food and quick service, with many customers praising the friendly and enthusiastic staff. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich and fresh fries are popular items, although some guests have noted inconsistencies in their orders, such as unexpected toppings. While the overall experience is positive, with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere, there are concerns about the treatment of workers, suggesting they deserve more support from management. Minor issues, like a malfunctioning soda machine, have been mentioned, but many customers express a desire to return for the enjoyable meals.
