The employees were great! The problem at this location is the franchise owner and company headquarters. Let me explain! I visited this location one night through the drive up! The drive up sign has most of the lights out in which I literally had to use my flashlight to look at the menu. I spoke with the employees about this issue and was told they know and receive a lot of complaints but nothing is being done. So I told them I would help! There was a miscommunication But the managers took care of me fix my order. Truly appreciated it
I've visited this Wendy's twice. The staff is friendly, service is quick, food was fine. The problem I have is how dirty the lobby is. There's always dirty tables, dirty floors, and ants running along the window sill. I've noticed there's not many people who eat inside. Please clean your lobby for those of us that do like to eat inside.
