“First time at this dennys with my husband and almost 1 year old. Our server Srisaang was amazing. She had a great attitude, speedy and great service. She even helped diffuse a tantrum that my baby was having. The place itself was super clean and very well decorated. I'm not from the area so I wasn't sure if it was a new dennys or if it was renovated but it looks nice and new. The food was also really good. We would come again :)“

Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“

“After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!“

“The quintessential diner in the heart of Toluca Lake. All day breakfast with a standard lunch & dinner menu. Average pricing and above average cuisine. The establishment is adjacent to a number of large studios. Thou not a destination, if in the area, it's worth the price of admission.“

“Really good classic Italian food in Burbank. We say didn't and ate. We got meatball sandwich which is really yummy. The meatballs are huge and the sauce is delicious. It's exactly what you want in a meatball sandwich Love the food here. There is also a little Italian market attached to the restaurant that has lots of good stuff and a little deli as well“

“Enjoyed sitting outdoors with my daughter and two granddaughters after their Kaiser appointments. I had a very tasty Turkey Club sandwich with waffle fries, while my daughter enjoyed a great omelette and her kids had mini-Belgian waffles with sprinkles. Just Perfect!!“

Friendly in that effortless, genuine way that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time through the door. It’s hands-down a better option than Denny’s or IHOP — better food, better service, and none of that “sad pancake at 2 a.m.” energy. It’s the kind of diner that actually feels alive. My only gripe? Pepsi products. I get it, contracts are contracts, but I’m a Coke person and this one hurts a little. Still, when the bacon’s this good and the coffee keeps coming, it’s hard to stay mad for long. Four stars. Swap Pepsi for Coke and we’d be talking five.“

“This dennys has always been the best out if all the ones ive been to. Even when its packed it always not a long wait to be seated. And the parking there is plenty. Food is delicious and is always here on a timely matter. All the people working here are always friendly but our favorite is Chab as she is always attentive and super friendly! She also gives you updates when the food take a little extra time .“

“This place is the worst unless you also have small screaming children, or you're deaf because all you hear is the scraping of the chairs, none stop! Customer service is very iffy, at best. Left with a headache from the racket.“

“We are regular here - the food, service, and atmosphere are always great! It has an old school classic diner type of feel with a mix of booths and tables. The drip coffee is excellent. The have French vanilla creamer for the coffee, which is what we usually request. Our regular breakfast items that are consistently fresh and delicious are the breakfast burrito, pancakes with strawberries, and omelettes. They make their own salsa in house, too, which you can also buy by the pint. 10/10 recommend!“

She let me seat with a friendly smile 😊 then a few minutes she came back and ask my order and drink 🍹 my ordered food 🥞🥗came out quickly, hot, delicious and satisfied 👍. Marissa walked by frequently to check on me and ask if I need something or order something. She always make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend MARISSA for a reward due to her skills, a hard working server, and a great asset to this DENNY’s restaurant. To sum up, I will come again and enjoy my food.“

“don’t do reviews on anything unless it’s an awful experience. But this is different, we went last night for the graduation of my daughter and always have issues on busy days but honestly top notch on how it was run. My party of 11 were accommodated to sit together even when we were told it might not happen great for the manager (should’ve gotten his name) he looked like he knew what he was doing with how busy it looked. Our server was fantastic he was on top of everything, drinks came fast and food came out warm and everyone was happy. Best experience by far when we weren’t expecting much on a night that they were for sure busy. If every day is like this we will be back soon!“
