“The La Chingona Torta is massive! The amount of meat and ingredients packed in it makes it almost two meals worth of a torta. The amount of meat was decent and it had pierna, milanesa, jamon, chorizo, salchicha & bacon. It seemed to go together well except for the size of it being unable to eat neatly.

The service was good and the staff was nice. There's no AC and the parking is a bit tough to find. It's connected to a money wiring service and whatnot.“

“Just got back from Waikiki. Service was great. Food was o.k. did the chicken katsu, and the 3 meat plate. There was gristle, bone, fat, etc. Zippy's and Rainbow drive in blow this place out of the water (in Waikiki). Those are in and out spots, no gristle, fat you can't chew, bone pieces. Where's the spam? Anyhow, tried it. It's o.k. won't go back. Does not represent the food in waikiki.“

“Been here a couple of times now. Food here is excellent, some of the best Mexican food in the area.

The molcajete's are very delicious and I would 10/10 recommend it. Keep in mind that a single molcajete could feed two, unless you're a big back.

Also, their agua fresas are very good too and seem to be made in house. I'd go as far as to say they have the best horchata in the area.

The staff here are always super friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong eating here.“

Both my vegan and non vegan friends like the food here. “Normally great food/service. Not today. I specifically asked for the sweet/sour sauce for my 6 piece order of Rangoons. What I got 6 packets of hot sauce.
While Normally very clean, I watched as one employee stood on a chair to clean the top of the canned beverage cooler and then stood on a seating bench to clean. She did NOT wipe off the seats she was standing on.“

“Actually so yummy. I parked nearby thinking I was going to try a different taco place, but the truck wasn't there that day. There were some local men just chilling at their truck in the lot, so we asked them if they recommended a taco spot, and they recommended Tacos Giyo which was within walking distance. I got the tostada de ceviche, which was literally a whole tray of shrimp and 2 tostada shells, and 1 cabeza taco. When it came out the window, I was literally shocked at how much food I got for the price. It was all under $8, and it couldn't get any better than this honestly. The flavors and balance were great, the staff were nice, the generosity in the volume of food, and the prices were amazing. The cabeza was wonderful--the perfect tender fatty meat 💜. “I Love Tams. ❤️ but they charge too much.They like so many other burger restaurants, ie ,Jim's, Pete's, Pepe's overcharge. My main concern is cleanliness and safe distribution of food. No one should be allowed to stand and talk over the competed preparation of a plate of food. Germs are often transmitted that way. Keep food covered or away from the customers that it does not belong to. I will not eat food that someone else from outside has been breathing over, maybe coughing and sneezing while no one is watching. We Americans are not third world. We valve sanitary conditions and good health maintenance. Some uneducated people have laughed at these same comments. But the sick and dead ones won't find their situation funny when it could have been prevented. Wash hands before preparation foods, don't talk over someone's prepared meal,and keep it covered until they pick up their order. Also, keep bathrooms clean. Most employees are very nice.“
