“I will admit I was a little skeptical about this place but I was pleasantly surprised with the food and the quality of the attentiveness of the staff. Definitely coming back here the pho was delicious clean broth and the brisket in it. The fried pork with a mixture of the sweet sauce to die for. And the spring rolls did not disappoint. Please make your way to this restaurant for both the quality of the food and the amazing service.“

“I ordered pasta and some wings last Sunday about 30 minutes before closing (didn’t realize this till after I placed the order). I didn’t catch the guys name, but he was polite, kind and very hospitable. He also gave me pizza bread! When I picked up my order I was handed a rather larger box for my pasta, didn’t realize till I got home there was pizza bread in there!! I didn’t have the opportunity to say thank you in person, so I wanted to say thank you here. Great service and amazing food!“

“The BEST sandwiches in town. I, personally, think they are a much better quality than when it was Mr. Pickles. Much friendlier staff and owner. I rate this 10 stars. Love the vegetarian sando on Dutch crunch with Swiss and Baja sauce. Chicken salad sando excellent too. All good! Fresh“

“We were spending the night in Petaluma and were searching for a good place to eat online. The menu looked good so we decided to go. The dining room was small, but clean and inviting. The man at the counter was friendly and welcoming. The samosas were flaky and delicious. The meat on the steak salad was so tasty and the salad was large and fresh. The person working recommended the Spicy Basil dish, and it did not disappoint. The food was so good,if we lived here we would eat here all the time.“

“I don't live in Santa Rosa any more, I haven't in ~20 years but I grew up there and EVERYONE knows Sam's! I was in town for the holidays and went there for lunch with a friend. The menu is enormous and while I was tempted by the all day breakfast, I landed on a French Dip sandwich that I had been craving. If you are anywhere in the area, stop by, you'll be glad you did!
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant - be sure to check out the staff's name tags! Reminded me of my first job working at Camp Wa-Tam. ;-)“
“Absolutely fabulous service and food!
This was our first time dining here, and we were blown away by the level of customer service. When my husband placed his order, we were told they were out of one of the ingredients needed for a drink he wanted. Rather than simply suggesting something else, the manager actually left the restaurant, went to Petaluma Market, picked up the missing item, and returned so the bar could make the drink exactly as ordered.
I honestly can't remember the last time a restaurant went so far out of its way to do something so thoughtful and genuinely kind for a customer. That level of care and attentiveness is incredibly rare these days.
The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the food was delicious as well. I would happily return for the service alone, but the excellent food makes it an even easier choice. Highly recommend!“

“We came here because we were visiting downtown and my daughter wanted some pizza. We came in with low expectations, but the food ended up being really good!
We ordered the ceasar salad and a large pizza. It was very delicious.
The guy at the front was also very helpful and friendly.“

I really wish I could remember the young lady's name that suggested the hide out started with an A she's the one that made my reservation for me and what an incredible service she did by suggesting the hideout she was kind and professional, and Joshua was funny and entertaining.“

“The Detroit style pizza is INCREDIBLE. Feels like there are very few options in Petaluma so when I visit here I end up going to Acre several times, and I forget to take a picture each time because I always snarf it down so fast. We do the Detroit veggie pizza add pineapple, and the Detroit sausage. The cheese is CRISPY ON THE EDGES, Y'ALL! I'm drooling just thinking about it, I can't wait to eat here again!“

Been here before and it's uneven in certain respects and good in others.
The good:
Justin the barkeep our first visit is fantastic! Worth going to hang with as my bartender if I was local.
I loved the hand cut potato chips. And the well grilled beyond burger was prepared really well with lots of char. Yum.
The salads were solid and worth getting.
The beer selection worked for both me (reds/ambers) and my partner (bitter IPAs). Good job.
Good locals. Very enjoyable time. Nice vibe

Second visit,
bartender...clueless... multiple mistakes... food order back and forth. Constantly running back and forth to the kitchen.
Rude clientele...not locals.
Will be back our next time. Hope for a more evening performance.“

“Their custom salads are my favorite. Choose a type of green (romaine, spring mix, etc.), and add ingredients, toppings and dressing. Nothing complex, but always good quality served with a smile. Their sandwiches are quite good, as well. One of the specials (as in, not available every day), is a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and is probably my favorite. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.
Parking: It is a large lot, shared by multiple tenants in the shopping center. I have never seen it more than 50% full.“

“Solid 4 starts 👌 🙂 absolutely 💯 clean, friendly, good sandwiches. Now I have had French dip sandwiches in the past and this one was good 👍 but not 5 stars. That's all I can say. I would have no problem to eat there again or recommend it to others. Solid 4 out of 5 in my experience. Just feel like it needed more flavor 🤔🙂“

“We came for lunch we ordered salads appetizers , and the main dish shrimp scampi. The waiter was very helpful however we did ask to bring one of the appetizer later but he brought everything at the same time. There was hardly any room on our small table. The shrimp scampi was too salty for my taste That the desert wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. This place was full we didn't have to wait too Long because it just just 2 of us. I will come back again by the way the french dip sandwiche was very good.“
