Stumbled across this place looking for chicken wings and placed an order just before closing, they were happy to take our order despite that and made them extra crispy like requested. It is in a little mall with parking our front. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. They have sandwiches, cold or toasted, salads, many soup choices,cookies, chips and drinks. The clam chowder with their sourdough bread looked really good. My mom and I both got one of their heated chicken sandwiches and we were very happy. My dad got a cold turkey sandwich and he said it was fine. That sourdough bun toasted is the bomb! “I just enjoyed an amazing veggie turkey sub from here! I'm glad I decided to check out the menu online. I was pleased to see they offer 4 different veggie "meat" sandwiches! I got the basic veggie turkey with no cheese, and added pickles and Russian dressing (basically 1000 island dressing). That bread melted in my mouth and all the fixings mixed together well. Now if they would offer non dairy cheese, they'd be perfect. I am so pleased with my dinner and can't wait to go back for more.“

“Happen to stop in here on a Wednesday for a half of a turkey sandwhich and just my luck Wednesday's we're part of the weekly deal so Wednesday was already half price turkey sandwiches. That was the big win of the day for me. The two ladies working the front were so polite and very sanitary. I watched them wash and dry in between customers and get new gloves each time, and of course had their masks on. Cleanly environment and great customer service. Today I met the owner, he was the most welcoming & generous owner I’ve met. I wish I would've gotten it toasted because I'm not a fan of cold sandwiches. I love that they carry the miss vickie's chips. They offered us a cookie as well. The sugar cookie was really good. “Gosh I love this sandwich shop. My "go to" sandwich is Hot Pastrami with melted Swiss on toasted Marbled Rye. Their pastrami is lean and delicious. Toasting the bread adds crunch to all the deliciousness!! Lots of places serve pastrami sandwiches but none as good as Mr. Pickles. So fortunate to have a shop near me.“

“My husband and I love this place, but lately we've been noticing that Tuesday orders are always on point and delicious, while the Thursday orders are usually wrong and/or sub par (e.g., today he didn't get the LTO bread for the second time, and my sandwich wasn't what I ordered, but still good). Not sure why that is, but it's a trend. We will continue to order from this location and please bring back the LTO garlic sub roll!“

But because of location convenience, we crossed our fingers and visited again yesterday. What a complete turn around in customer service! The two girls behind the counter, Natalie and Laila (I always get names of exceptional customer service reps) we're so quick, efficient and knowledgeable. As they were making our sandwiches, they were telling us about all of the new sandwiches on the menu. They were very personable, fun and looked happy doing their job. The sandwiches were great and we left pretty impressed. Kudos to the manager for having well-trained employees that appear to like their job. We'll be back!“
