“Went to Corky's Diner for dinner last night. Not my first time, but the first time in Perris. I had the Senior portion of salmon and it included grilled vegetable, rice, a corn muffin and a salad. The salmon had a nice sear on the outside and was very flavorful. The grilled vegetables were zucchini, red bell peppers, yellow crookneck and carrots. I enjoyed the mixture and spices. It was a very enjoyable dinner at a reasonable price.“
