Made to order pulled pork and slaw sandwich and a fried egg sandwich with pesto and cheese. Both were delicious, fresh and locally sourced.My fried egg sandwich was generously slathered with pesto that tasted of fresh basil that was just snipped off the plant and mashed with pine nuts and olive oil. The egg had a beautiful deep colored yolk. The large sourdough bread slices were a great match for the sandwich. I wanted a second one!The pulled pork sandwich was made with care and equally tasty.“
