“You can tell the birria here was made by someone who cares about flavor and tradition. It’s not rushed, it’s not bland it’s balanced, bold, and beautifully executed. Portion sizes are great, the food comes out hot, and every bite feels intentional.
If you only order one thing from Ramo’s Food Truck, make it the birria.

I think the reason most people like it and this has good reviews is just because they’re so starving waiting at DMV I am a very honest reviewer. Here are my reasons why…
- the salsa is not spicy
- the salsa is very thick
- the salsa was slimy
- the meat taste spoiled
- my daughter didn’t like it lol

Where you can find quality handcrafted food. I loved everything I’d ordered. From dim sum, milk tea, white sauce, marinated pork ribs and chicken feet, baked egg custard, to specialty traditional Hong Konger soup of the day!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have experience this taste again, I left HK back in 2006. This place tasted like home, my childhood, I wonder if they are from Kwun Tong too!

“I live at the top of the road and I passed this for a year. I thought it was there because we have had a ton of construction on the road. Thought I’d give it a try… oh sweet baby Jesus I’m glad I did. The tortillas are made from SCRATCH!!!!! The meat is not grease the flavor is a chefs kiss amazing. Tacos are $3 a piece, that’s all I’ve tried but the my dying to try more. They have burritos and tortas. Def give this truck a taste you won’t be disappointed.

“Regularly ride by the truck and always see at least one customer. Decided to stop by. Ordered the Chile Relleno plate over rice, frijoles and macaroni salad. Added a hot chocolate drink. If your Spanish isn't up to par, the clerk also speaks English. The meal was excellent, the beans didn't taste like they contained lard, the rice was fluffy and flavored with a stock, the macaroni salad cooked just right and the stuffed ground meat chile relleno was greaseless and tasted homemade.Well return to try the rellenitos, and hilochas.GREAT job guys“

“It was cold out, the wind was coming off the bay and it was a damp wind, the kind that goes all the way down to your bones and make you think of having pot roast or a hearty stew for lunch....But no....she wants a salad....a salad, I said! A damn salad! Take this exit, she pouts out...we'll go to MoBowl and get a salad, they're the best in the area! You'll like it she said.

“Got the bulgogi burrito at off the grid OMCA and honestly, no notes. Absolutely INCREDIBLE tasting - well marinated bulgogi, crispy tots, fast and smooth customer service. My friend got the chicken katsu and he intended to only eat half and he ate it all - I tried it and it was TASTY. I consider myself a discerning eater and I have no qualms at all. “Boneyard catered our wedding and all of the guests were pleased. The chicken, pulled pork, and brisket were true to form -- what you'd expect from a *good* BBQ joint in Texas. The staff (Rich and his family) were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Sides were delectable, the iced tea was perfect, and all leftovers were boxed up at the end. Needless to say, we enjoyed the leftovers. Highly recommended.“
