“Kikyo Sushi and Sake Bar is a great place to eat some great food. Their handrolled sushi rolls are lit!

We had a California Roll and a rock shrimp roll, and they were perfectly delicious. The rice was plump, with a slight bite with the perfect amount of filling.

A must try is their spicy garlic edamame. Man, they are so flavorful with the right spiciness. You'll be asking for seconds.

The reason for a 4 rating is that the bulgogi beef was a bit dry. It fell a little short in flavor and its traditional sweetness.

They have a great 5 dollar "thirst-quenching" draft beer that goes perfectly with your meal of choice.

Will I be back...YES! In a heartbeat and you should too, when you're in the area.“

“I went here for the first time on a Monday evening. The service was really good and on point on this day. Staff was always checking on us, always making sure our stove was clean or removing finished dishes. I got us the Deluxe meal. The spicy baby octopus was good. The gyōza dumplings and egg rolls were really good. They have sushi as well. Their menu can be accessed by QR code or you can ask for a physical menu.“

The price was not cheap though, but the food was really fancy so I think it’s reasonable. Definitely try the skeletor taco and the flintstones burger. These are the fancy ones with bones and ribs. It’s very delicious. Protein portion was large it really justified the price. I think every other taco I ordered was really good and unique to the location: the pork belly one, the shrimp one, and the asada one. The sharing plates are also pretty big and delicious. Quesadilla with shrimp was very good. The fried chicken was juicy and well glazed. The nachos are especially crispy. Many parking spaces on the street. It’s 2 hours free parking.“

“Out of all the Pelicana spots I’ve tried, the one at The Source OC is definitely a favorite. We got there around 5 PM on a weekend and didn’t have to wait at all, which was nice. Our food came out pretty quickly too.

We ordered the combo set for three people- boneless half & half chicken, cheese balls, sweet potato fries, and tteokbokki. I honestly didn’t expect much from the tteokbokki, but it was way better than I thought! Just a heads up though, it might be a little too spicy for some people- proceed with caution!
