I normally go to the Pico Union one but this one has easier parking and more seating. They also have more selection but I've never gotten anything but the chicken. It was hot and fresh and as always addicting.“

“It states that the lobby closes at 10pm and the doors were locked at 8pm. I ordered 12pc bundle and the fries are undercooked very soggy. The chicken looks like it was fried again and is black. I want my money back and need someone to contact me as soon as possible. I called the store and no one answered. This is unacceptable and I'm not one to waste money on food that has zero quality......Update from today, thank you for your immediate response. It shows how much you care for the business and making things right for your guest. Cashier has an amazing personality very welcoming and the establishment is very clean. Seems to be organized and that's why I am writing an update. If its not right don't serve you will save a lot of money in the long run. I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

The place was very clean, and the size of the restaurant felt just right—not too big and not too small. Even though the location was busy with customers, the staff still managed everything well and the place did not feel neglected.

I got wings with Secret sauce and Honey Garlic sauce. Service was fast, and servers were friendly. I like the honey garlic the most, and I could not stop eating until I finished all the wings.“

We said we needed a coyote of minutes, but the gentleman said no problem, but answered some questions we had. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. The guy manning the business in the mourning was personable and had great customer service skills. The burger had a lot of flavor great ratios of meat, cheese, onions, and bread wasn’t too bready. The fries are solid lightly seasoned. I personally like a little more but you can always add more but can’t take it off so I get it. I’m going to come back and try the chicken, can’t wait. We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice.

You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian.

On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well.

The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.“

The #1 recommendation is have is the #1 Chicken sandwich (white or dark meat) it's by far the best chicken sandwich I've had. Easily blowing Raising Canes and all other chicken sandwich establishments out of the park. The balance between each ingredient was spot on and I could easily devour multiple of these in one sitting due to how good it is. 100% recommend this place.

Side note, for any people planning to eat here. Order ahead of time (sometimes it can take 30+ minutes) and avoid the wraps, go for the chicken on the bun instead. It's vastly superior because the wraps seem to be poorly constructed. The wraps seem to be overflowing with sauce which makes the wrap soft and weak so its, hard to hold let alone eat, without it breaking apart in your hands“
