“My husband, daughter, and I wanted to try Baxter's because of the high reviews. So last night, we did! It was perfect because my birthday was around the corner and it was an early birthday celebration. We had a wonderful dinner! The food was delicious! My daughter said that her filet mignon was done perfectly to her liking. My husband ordered the same thing and he enjoyed it just as much. My fish dish was yummy. The dinner ended with a birthday toast with the friendly staff. The whole experience was memorable and we look forward to our next visit.“

Great Bar and Restaurant; old school making drinks (yes, heavy on the alcohol), a wide selection of worldly beers on the menu, a few beers on tap, and a good selection of amount of food that comes out of that kitchen of theirs.

I have been going to the Warehouse since I was a child, when my parents would take me there for dinner way back in the 1980s. Plus, there is a 11-foot tall polar bear, with another black bear for photography. Next door (random hours) is a clothing, antique store and on Sunday's (spring and summer months) is a live band.

If not live music, there is a jukebox with a very wide selection of music to choose from (with cash or on-line), only one (1) pool table, but because there is so much history in that place, there is no need for any activities like pool.

Overall, one of the best drinking holes in the Bay Area. We Love the Warehouse and shall never go to long without a visit.“

“It's a small dining area, so was kind of tight but the food was good so I didn't mind. We ordered the seafood omelette, which included shrimp, salmon, bay scallops, cheese and tomatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly. It came with seasoned potatoes, and two large fluffy biscuits that melted in my mouth. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be a repeat customer.“

“So happy to find a delicious and friendly restaurant that doesn’t close in the afternoon in my neighborhood. We have been there several times in the past couple months and I’m still trying new things on the menu. My husband tried the ribs which he said were the best he’s ever had and half the serving went home with him. It was huge! Desserts are exceptional especially the flan. I’m still exploring their vegetarian options but so far my favorite is their version of chili relleno. Come and relax and enjoy the food and friendly atmosphere!“

Chefs develop interesting & tasty seasonal menus. I have explored a number of plates & bowls, especially savor the greens & seasonings that go alongside the entrees. Have enjoyed chicken, salmon, beef, & vegetarian options as well as all the sides. Sandwiches & salads are delish. As is the mint lemonade & watermelon fresca. The place can be hopping or not, & the service is top notch & personable, professional. They do robust to-go orders & have spacious outdoor garden seating. Sure wish I’d discovered it sooner!“

The food was absolutely delicious! The mango margaritas are hands down my favorite, they're perfectly balanced, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. The chile rellenos plate was incredible, with flavorful peppers, delicious filling, and just the right amount of sauce. Every bite tasted fresh and homemade. Reminds me of my mom's cooking. “OMG! I had the BEST sandwich of my life last night at Jazzcaffé! We came for a performance at The Freight and I needed something more than pizza and pretzels. I walked down Addison to this amazing cafe and ordered the Hen of the Woods mushroom sandwich on a toasted bagel. It was SO delicious in a greens marinade. I will go back to Berkeley this week JUST for another mushroom sandwich. Amazing chef and she is so thoughtful. Every person leaving the cafe raved about how delicious their food was.
