Great Bar and Restaurant; old school making drinks (yes, heavy on the alcohol), a wide selection of worldly beers on the menu, a few beers on tap, and a good selection of amount of food that comes out of that kitchen of theirs.

I have been going to the Warehouse since I was a child, when my parents would take me there for dinner way back in the 1980s. Plus, there is a 11-foot tall polar bear, with another black bear for photography. Next door (random hours) is a clothing, antique store and on Sunday's (spring and summer months) is a live band.

If not live music, there is a jukebox with a very wide selection of music to choose from (with cash or on-line), only one (1) pool table, but because there is so much history in that place, there is no need for any activities like pool.

Overall, one of the best drinking holes in the Bay Area. We Love the Warehouse and shall never go to long without a visit.“

“Oh man I love sandwiches. I used to travel to find good sandwiches. Lucias craft sandwich is amongst the best sandwiches I have had the pleasure of eating, globally. Seriously. And they are BIG. I usually buy a big one and eat it for lunch and dinner. So the sandwichology here is top notch. True to their Italian roots the come heavy with an herb olive oil vinaigrette, reminds me of Lorenzos in Belmont. The ingredients are fresh and flavor full. I have tried a few sandwiches here now but the Apple wood Smoked is something to write home to ma about. The apricot with the Italian herbs and the applwood ham blend with the focaccia and fresh veggies to give you a sweet, tangy and smokey flurry in your mouth. Will eat again.“

“Small little cocina tucked around the back of a gas station in a small neighborhood. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The hostess was incredibly kind and friendly. Ordered the tuna melt and garlic fries, and wow, was it amazing. There was a steady stream of take out and dine in customers, so we could tell it was a popular local spot. We wish we lived locally and we'd eat here more. The menu has many delicious options for tacos &, burritos. “I love Inn Kensington. I've gone there for decades and their breakfasts and brunches have never disappointed me. Their omelettes are exquisite, their homemade bread is delicious, and the service is excellent.
For lunch, I love their corn-cilantro, pancake.
Not only do they have incredibly fast service, But they're also very flexible about your order. For example, I always get black beans instead of potatoes on the side because their black beans are exquisite.

The indoor dining area is small, but there is bench seating outside. Sadly the FatApple’s restaurant next door is closed.“

“Our Kingsmen group meets here once a month for breakfast. The food, service and atmosphere is always excellent. Denise is Usually our server and does an excellent job ensuring that our food and drink orders are correct and piping hot (cold drinks cold). She is always pleasant and friendly in spite of our large group. Thank you Denise, all the cooks, and wait-staff for making Sukie’s Country Kitchen an Institution for our community.

“We stopped at Eureka! after our show at Berkeley Rep around 9 PM, and I’m so glad we did. When we first arrived it was pretty quiet, but within about 30 minutes the place was buzzing with people. It has a really fun, lively vibe.

What really stood out to us was how the entire staff worked together as a team. From the person who seated us, to the food runners, our server Edgar, and even the manager who came out to greet us, everyone was friendly, attentive, and focused on making sure we were having a great experience. It wasn’t just one great server—you could really see the whole team working together.

Dan had the Fresno Fig Burger, and I had the chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was fresh and really flavorful, and we both enjoyed our meals.

I also really liked the atmosphere. They had a mix of sports and sitcoms playing on the TVs, which gave the place some energy without making it feel like a typical sports bar. They also have a great selection of beer and wine (and an impressive cocktail menu, too).

The location is perfect if you’re seeing a show at Berkeley Rep or Freight & Salvage—easy walking distance and, best of all, they’re open late. Being able to sit down for a good meal at 9 PM after a show was a big plus.

We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back. Great food, great people, and a really fun Berkeley vibe.“

“From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests. It's clear they genuinely care about providing a great dining experience.

The food was absolutely delicious! The mango margaritas are hands down my favorite, they're perfectly balanced, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. The chile rellenos plate was incredible, with flavorful peppers, delicious filling, and just the right amount of sauce. Every bite tasted fresh and homemade. Reminds me of my mom's cooking.
