“My order got lost and took awhile to get to me, but the team, especially the cashier, got it fixed right away (which I appreciate because I was running late) and offered me a free item.
I have a little bit of bad luck where restaurants lose my order, so I appreciate that they showed concern and offered to make up for it because most places say a quick monotone sorry at most and take a long time to fix their mistake
Mistakes sometimes happen and I think they dealt with it well. I wish I got the cashier's name to thank her here
Might be good to note that I used the kiosk, which I later found out isnt always trustworthy“

“This location is a drive thru and walk up only. No lobby or “cafe” as it was called by one of the baristas. I wasn’t sure how I was feeling about this new experience but I’m very glad I stopped. Everything was to satisfaction with food quality and typical to-go ordering. What exceeded my expectations was the customer service. The ladies had such a wonderful attitude and that just brightens anyone’s day. 🙂“
