“This review has taken me longer than expected to write and I am sorry it took so long. Sally Ann catered my 105 yr old mother's funeral reception and they did such an amazing job. It was perfect from the timely set up to the clean up. The food was amazing including dessert and was displayed beautifully. The staff were amazing, so helpful and courteous to everyone. They were recommended by San Antonio Church and the one thing I didn't have to worry about was trying to figure out what I needed to do, which was nothing but listen and agree to the great recommendations they had. From food selection to tablecloths to center pieces, they did it all. On such a huge emotional event, having someone like Sally Ann Catering to have my back was a load and burden I did not have to worry about. Everyone who attended were amazed by the food and service and how nice of a job that Sally Ann's did. Thank you again for being there for me and doing a great job.“

“Can we just say how lucky we are that Stefano's is only a 5 min drive from our office! We love the assortment of yummy gourmet salads and sandwiches! Our favorites include the warm gnocci salad with the amazingly delicious balsamic chicken and pillowy soft homemade gnocci! We also love the Stefano's Salad and yummy lemon torte for dessert. We love that depending on your appetite you can get a small salad or a larger portion for days you're feeling super hungry. Stefano's is a treasured family owned and operated business and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in their doors.“

“Tacos Zapata Catered our 11th Annual Holiday Party for our Staff and Professionals. They showed up early and on time. The Zapata staff were very kind and welcoming. They were such a great addition to our party. The set up was clean, and the tacos were absolutely delicious! Mouth watering. “Just had our wedding here on 10/29/23. And everything was perfect venue was beautiful, extremely reasonably priced. Thank you so much to Diana for all your help and Efrain was nonstop during the entire reception. He made everything perfect along with the wonderful waitstaff. Thank you so much for making our special day perfect we are so happy we were able to have our wedding at this gorgeous venue. The food was delicious just as good as we had the tasting I am absolutely planning on doing my mothers and mother-in-law's 60th birthdays here as this venue cannot be beat.“

“My husband and I had our wedding at Hangar 21 South - a Jay's Catering venue and the food was phenomenal! Their menu selection is quite wide. They have different menu's to cater for different flavors such as a Latin, American, etc. And they do either plated or buffet style!We did buffet style and did their American BBQ wedding. For the appetizers we did mini corn dogs and gorgonzola and caramelized onion bruschetta. For our entrees we did BBQ chicken, beef brisket and a tri-tip carvery, and for the accompaniments we did mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cesar salad and corn bread with honey butter. The tri-tip carvery was really nice because someone was hand carving tri-tip. Our wedding was almost 3 weeks ago and people are still talking about how good the food was!The bar was also of course a hit! The bar package we chose has the bar open from cocktail hour to an hour before the event ends and although our guests didn't pay for their drinks it wasn't technically "unlimited" because they could run out of certain things. But nonetheless, they ask you in advance if there are certain drinks you would need to have heavier stocked if you know your guests have a preference. And their signature drinks are delicious too! They offer tastings at part of the package, I suggest going to them!Working with outside vendors - I highly suggest selecting from their list of preferred vendors when looking into wedding coordinators, dance floors and lighting and stuff. These are companies that have worked with their venue before and will know what they're doing for set up :) We did want to use a different lighting company but they said for liability purposes, they couldn't use lighting companies they weren't already contracted with. :( It ended up working out though because we ended up doing very simple lighting and it came out amazing. For wedding coordinators, I highly suggest Heidi Hou with The Fete Collective. She has an incredible team and they go above and beyond to execute your day. My husband and I felt so taken care of. We felt like we didn't even have to think because she handled absolutely everything, and STILL made sure we had drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour while we were taking pictures, AND had food waiting for us at our table. She is amazing at what she does, and you can tell she loves it.Our event coordinator, Casey, was amazing! She was very responsive to all our questions. And after our venue visit, they drafted a contract to show how much the grand total would be with the details we chose according to our headcount so we wouldn't be blindsided by pricing. They give you a complimentary 2 week soft hold while you make your decision and Casey made herself available during this time to answer all questions and make any additional changes for me. She responded very quickly and she kept me on track for all my deadlines. I highly suggest working with her :)“

Our family and friends all had compliments about the food that they served us and we also got to enjoy an amazing meal on our wedding night. Their staff also worked really well with some of our last minute changes and we are so grateful for their flexibility.Adriana was also such a joy to work with! She knew our venue and wedding coordinator really well, so it was super smooth sailing which helped to alleviate a lot of our planning stress. “SOOO good! The catering team showed up exactly on time, in a clean and clearly marked van. They were very friendly, and their equipment was immaculately clean. They set up quickly with an impressive spread. The Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Carnitas were maybe the best I've ever had. Certainly in the top 5. They also set up for cheese quesadillas, 3 types of salsa, beans, rice, onion, cilantro, limes, and tortilla chips. The set up was classy with a nice table top cover and stoneware dishes. They included all flatware, plates, and napkins. They were professional but personable as well. Chatting happily with any guests that engaged them. At end of day they packed up the leftovers neatly for us, and didn't attempt to pack up early. They waited for the allotted time, and then some before packing up. Giving all of our guests ample time for one more serving. I wish I had taken pictures because it was so nice and professional. I hope I get to use their service again soon because I loved them so much!“

“Honestly no other restaurant in both OC and Artesia areas come close. Curry Leaf Podi Idli, Chilli Parotta (felt like I was in Chennai) and many others are must-try. Ignore their flaws like long wait time, cos if the food is this great, nothing better.“

“I can't say enough about Frank mad Franks Tacos! We had a family event in early July. Due to COVID concerns we held outside and placed a a lot of emphasis on social distancing protocols. Frank worked with us not only on menu but how the food was served . Nothing communal. Appetizers were individually plated etc. The food was amazing!! “I eat at Keno''s at least twice a month and have never had a bad meal. I have had breakfast, brunch, lunch and/or dinner there. The servings are generous. The staff is friendly and the service is usually very good. The staff really works hard to be sure your meal is prepared the way you want it. I am often solo- get a salad and their special split pea soup on a Thursday. My friends enjoy going there also and we feel that we get good value for our money.“

“TMTC catered my event 2/25/24. The response and customer service from when reached out to when they came onsite was above and beyond. They answered every question and were very accommodating and kind when I had changes to be made to my menu. Over the phone/online service was always friendly. I had a lot of changes with my menu requests and guest count and every time I reached out to make those changes they never made me feel like I was asking too much. The food was great. “I'm not sure I can add anything to the already amazing reviews below, but I'll sure try! I had a group of 30 people coming from out of town that needed dinner every night for a week straight, and finding a caterer that could provide different meals each night for that number of people was a challenge. When I found Melrose Catering online and reached out, Stephen was very quick to respond and provide me with a large amount of options for each night. Through working with him and his team, we were able to curate a vastly unique menu for each night while also catering to a few gluten-free and vegetarian members of my group. Throughout the week, some of the items we had for dinner were: orange ginger salmon, fried chicken & waffles, korean short ribs, chicken empanadas, paella, flat iron steaks, salmon picatta, and tri-tip. NONE of these items disappointed in the slightest! There was not any food item all week that anybody disliked, and nobody had a single bad word to say. To the contrary, everyone in my group (myself included) was incredibly impressed by dinner every single night. I was expecting to not enjoy at least one side or dessert item, but there was truly nothing even mediocre the entire week. Each item, whether it was a main dish, side/appetizer, or dessert, was full of flavor, served very hot, and cooked perfectly! In terms of communication, Stephen and his team made us feel like we were the only group that mattered, although I know they had different orders during our week of catering. Stephen responded to my (very many) texts/emails/calls incredibly quickly, and delivery was perfectly executed every night. Overall, I could not recommend Melrose Catering any more for whichever event you may have!“

My first phone call to them was super pleasant, I got all of the information I needed and she was so friendly I almost felt like we were friends... Nadine and Amy on time, to set up their grill and prepare the meat. They were super friendly andmore than accommodating, and even put a tarp down so if food was to fall, it doesn't stain your cement. The meat: asada, chicken and carnitas ALL SUPER FLAVORFUL! Delicious! It was better flavor than my favorite Mexican food that I frequent here in Fullerton. I am blown away!! They offer quesadillas, rice, beans and chips! They packed up the leftovers for us and we will eat on them for days!!! Prices are reasonable and similar to other taco guys I called. “Touch of Paradise catered the Fullerton Senior Club Annual Meeting and Christmas Party. We were so very happy with all aspects in dealing with this company. Food was delicious servers were excellent and our members were happy. We had close to 140 people at the event. I recommend them to all.“

“Blown away by the quality of the food. BBQ restaurants tends to be hit or miss and The Smoking Ribs hits! We had the pulled pork fries, which were divine, the last 1/2 pound of brisket, which was tender and savory. My friend had the half rack baby back which he sweats by. I had a rib and personally i felt it was a bit dry but it did melt off the bone so it may just be my personal preference. He also had a side creamed corn, which is made in house and is a sweet and the corn is fresh! It’s almost dessert level sweet! Overall, glad we stopped here.“

When I tried the sandwhich, I was blown away by the taste of it. The sandwich was crispy and the right balance.
