McDonald's Broadway offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers appreciate the convenient mobile app ordering and consistently good coffee, others find the prices too high, especially for classic menu items like the small cheeseburger. The parking lot can be confusing for out-of-town visitors, but the overall flow of traffic is functional. Despite these challenges, the restaurant strives to provide satisfactory service. Dante, a staff member, has been praised for assisting with large breakfast orders, ensuring timely preparation. The place is generally friendly, with a nice seating area and a real playground for kids, making it a kid-friendly location. However, some customers noted that the AC was not working, and cleanliness improvements are needed in the restrooms. Overall, the service is good, and many look forward to their daily visits, with one reviewer stating they have "never had a bad experience."
