Did not receive that good 5-star service from the waitresses. Wasn't provided with bowls and spoons for our porridge as well as our sesame balls and we didn't get any water for our table either. Oh and my dad thought the chicken feet was half-cooked.
Food, service, and atmosphere are all good. It is on a little expensive side but I am OK with that. I’ve just found it sneaky that they automatically add 15% service charge on the check and ask for a tip again when you pay with a credit card.

This is a must-try dimsum place in Livermore. It's very close to the SF Premium Outlets. Loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Our favorite was the shrimp balls. Due to excitement, I wasn't able to take many photos of other food that we ordered. We enjoyed the experience and the food! Service was excellent and they have friendly staff. I'll definitely go back.
