Critical feedback: I ordered a peach oolong milk tea with boba, 0 sugar. The drink was very watery and I requested more milk in it, but it still wasn't enough. Slightly disappointed with the drink.

Nice-to-have enhancement: have sugar packets outside so customers can adjust the sugar level themselves. Would be nice if the boba had a honey coating to it.

“Stopped by after my service club's meeting for some boba. Very cozy setting inside with several seating options, plus the large patio outside. Make your way to the back to order first and then pick a spot to sit.

I got a delicious hot almond milk tea with boba and they were cool with using my reusable tumbler for the beverage! Solid drink. Too bad I was still full from dinner that I couldn't try any of their food items.

Another awesome thing is that they stay open pretty late, closing at 11 pm, which is a lot later than some of the other places around that close earlier at 9 or 10 pm. Though, if you're friends with the employees, they let you stay later (we were kicked out at 11 pm, while a group of 6 were allowed to stay).

They take both cash and credit card, have both a person to help order or those order yourself monitor, everything convenient plus a restroom for customers not like some other tea places.“

Their collaboration drinks have overall been a hit for me too! I actually still crave one of their collab drinks, and have been able to still recreate and order it even though the collab drink was technically discontinued. If interested, it was a mango matcha latte! They allow you to substitute components out from some drinks, just not able to completely alter and customize drinks.

I recommend the strawberry matcha latte, then writing a note to substitute the strawberry for mango :] Highly recommend this too, it's another go-to choice for me!“

“This is my favorite Boba place in Chino Hills. Their selection of drinks is unique, and all of them are delicious. The place is always kept clean and the staff is friendly. They have limited edition drinks for each season that I always like to try with a variety of toppings to choose from. I haven't tried their food/snack menu but plan to next time. “Chicha San Chen has always been one the popular boba place originated from Taiwan a few years ago and the trend / brand was brought to the States. They are known for their high quality tea.

When it first opened in San Gabriel, I was so happy because 626 finally has a known, high quality tea brand that open here. There are many boba shops in the 626 but their drink is just average. If you have been to Asian, especially Taiwan or hong kong, their milk teas/tea depending on the style you like amazes you. The taste and quality of those boba shops can’t compare. Are they bad though? No of course not but you always want crave for the best one right?

This place is one of the best ones. Good tea quality, hot and perfect sweetness boba and other drink refreshers. There are always super long lines regardless of which store it is. Not going to be a big difference here with the wait as you can expect is 9/10 times when you come. Thats the only negative comment I would say about this place and other store locations.

This particular location is small and long lines are expected. Drinks are great just like other stores. I’m happy that the quality of their drinks didn’t just dip after opening a few locations in US. The reason is usually when a popular brand is brought from other countries and after opening different locations, they tend to drop ( service, quality and taste ), not with them though! They stay consistent!
