“Found this place on google after finishing a hike in the area. Such a lovely find! I had the breakfast sandwich and cookie butter latte. They even have a “not too sweet” option at the self-order kiosk for the drinks. The food was REALLY good. So good I had to write a review lol. Thank you!“

“So my friends showed me this place I don’t know the hours exactly but I know once the sun goes down they are here till almost midnight like I said don’t quote me. This is by far the best taco stand I’ve ever been too. I can’t tell you nor express how good they are. Worth coming here trust me. Worth your money you won’t be sorry. If you crave tacos like I do come here. They have tacos, burritos, mulitas, and quesadillas. They have soda and aguas frescas. I hope they open up a business soon!“

“My wife and I, plus my daughter Jennifer and granddaughter Breanna were very much please with our dinner last night. Michael our server came out and created us, by saying it was so nice to see you here again. Michael remember our drink order and promtly brought it out to us. The job Michael did from start to finish was amazing. From getting our order out on time and the desert was perfect for my granddaughter Breanna and my wife's as well. Always asking if everything came out right and if we needed anything else. What a perfect evening and servers like Michael make us want to eat here often. “Complex, authentic Korean flavors made with traditional p ingredients. A humble porridge could become a pleasantly enjoyable experience. I ordered bulnakji porridge today and instead of using ground beef or cheap meat, they used a good quality meat and then they sautéed the marinated bulgogi in butter. mmm. Chives/buchu they used were fresh and green. So was the octopus. Often times you taste the fishiness but this octopus or nakji had a very clean flavor. The venue and the food they served were very clean. I highly recommend this place.“

“Went on a Monday night, ample seating no wait.

Got their bossam and a beef stew. Got the smallest bossam. These two dishes was enough for four adults. So ample portion size. Purple rice was also really tasty. Everything was pretty good, bossam especially. Would say the banchan were just ok tho.

Overall a solid place for some stews and bossam.“

“We stopped by Rowland Heights on our way home from LAX and stumbled upon Hanshin Pocha off of Gale and Nogales, just north of the 60 freeway. There are plenty of eats in the area and we thought this would satisfy our hunger for something hot and satiable - and open late night!

After perusing their menu, I was drawn to the steamed egg and, likewise, the rest of our party wanted the same thing. We were only a party of 5 (4 adults + 1 child) so we thought we would order 2 of the steamed eggs and a couple other items. When we placed our order, the server questioned us why we ordered 3 and asked, “Are you sure?” We said, “Yes.” After bringing out all our orders, we understood why the server asked his question; the steamed egg dish was a huge portion!!! Whoa! It was really good especially since it was cold outside.

We also ordered other items to share like their chicken wings, calamari, and fries with chicken for the child in our party.

Parking can be tricky even in the late hours.

Overall, we enjoyed the food and the vibe here. It’s casual, a little loud, but we were all comfortable and enjoyed the ambiance.“

Full bar, TVs, Darts, Music and Pool Tables.
Located in the heart of Downtown Covina this spot hits on all levels.
Food was good. Dare I say...one of the better burgers in the whole town.
Staff was friendly and relatively attentive.
Vibe was Sports Bar to the Tee.
Overall...whether you are looking for a place to watch the game or pregame and want to grab a few drinks and eat some decent food, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in.“
