“Seems McD’s isn’t paying much anymore that its trying to make everything automated by ordering through the self serve screen, but you can’t customize an order through that, you cant add beacon to a sandwich and you have to wait a bit to get someone to get your order in person cause they are all running around fulfilling orders from the drive through.“
“I was extremely disappointed with the service. First, they forgot to give me a burger, and then they didn't give me the extra beef I requested. I don't understand what the staff were thinking during their work hours. If they're going to work like this, they might as well go home and lie in bed. The greatest kindness is not to cause trouble for others.“
“McDonald’s is pretty consistent yet there are some that stand out. This McDonald’s is clean for being a fast paced location. Brian greeted me at the register young man was polite and listened to my request. I had a question which he quickly called upon Jesus so they could accommodate my request. Jesus was very polite and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. I noticed Joel another employee in the back filling orders with such proficiency . The three worked together in harmony and were fast. Thank you Jesus, Brian and Joel for making my McDonalds visit a good one.“
