“Stopped by to get some late tacos. Pleasantly greeted by a very nice family, father, mother, sons and their daughter. Not only are they a very charming family, the food is great. So far I tried, Tacos de asada, al pastor and cabeza. Mulitas de asada, al pastor, vampiro de asada and a vampiro in a mulita de asada. I will definitely stop by again to try more items from their menu. They've gained a new customer.“

“One of those great little Mexican restaurant finds in Santa Clarita. The charcoal chicken is very good, as well as the traditional sides. Recently tried the Birria tacos, quite delicious. Seek out this place, it has a lot more than chicken! Chances are you know where the Taco Bell is...Charcoal Grill Chicken is their neighbor.“

“Yum! Pulled this spot up with a search in the scv and decided to give it a go! I had the taco lunch plate with a carna asada, Al pastor, and premium chicken taco. The tacos are massive and full of meat and onions and cilantro, (salsa on the side) and they're huge!! I had the corn tacos (gluten free) and my sister and dad each had the flour tacos with the crispy shrimp and crispy fish. Large portions; the plates come with rice and beans, chips and salsa - the red is super spicy, the green is flavorful and mild. We also ordered a carne asada burrito and added zucchini and bell peppers- huge and delicious! I suggest ordering a large guacamole on the side too- everything was seasoned well and we will be back! The carne asada was my favorite taco- such tender meat and a great flavor combo with the lemon, salsa all together! My sister and dad said the shrimp tacos were their favorite- can't go wrong at this location! Great service- we called in and picked up 15 min later! So fresh and fantastic, they aren't open weekends- 10-2:30pm Monday- Friday Still soooo full“

“I just stopped by today and had a great experience here. I got carnitas and al pastor street tacos and they were unbelievable. Such great flavors in the meat. Also the green and red salsa were very complimentary (red salsa is smoky spicy yum). Got the asada quesadilla for the kids (of course I had a bite) and was really pleased with the asada flavor too! Even the sour cream is great, homemade you can tell. The attention to quality is apparent!I am super glad because the first few times I was not impressed. Maybe I got the wrong things, and it seemed expensive, but everything was great at the service was great as well! It was only $20 and was enough food for 3 adults. Saw they have really good $12 lunch deals now too. Can't wait to come back!!“

“First time here since they first opened two years ago. Fast service! Have an “A” rating in the window. Very clean! Many menu items. Italian to Mexican! Customers coming in while we waited for our order seemed to all be on a first name basis with a small community feel. Lots of fist bumping going on! Lol Seemed everybody knew each other by their first names. The chicken burrito that we split was good. A customer who was already there eating her lunch when we arrived, got up and went out of her way to let the owner know that she really enjoyed her fish tacos ??. She said they were excellent! So may have to give those a try next time! Great place for a quick bite! Catering seems to be offered.“
“Conchitas tacos have the best handmade corn tortillas, the best tasting Carne asada corn quesadilla, the best prices, the best days and times, and the best cooks and helpers. Miguel helps out, too. Five best equals five stars.Eat that...-Big Mouf-“

“Birria tacos at the best.#1 for me in LA for birria tacos.Because it's so good better just put simple ingredients (onion, cilantro, spicy chili salsa for consome if you like spicy) and enjoy the flavor of real birria consome. Real deal. Fish tacos were very nice as well. Everything is really fresh.“

“The crispy chicken tacos are soooo good! & I usually don’t like hard shell tacos. The service & staff is amazing, they really take the time to make sure everything you ordered is perfect, & if it’s not they don’t hesitate to correct it.“
“4+ Considered one of the best by many or at least one of the most popular taco spots in Los Angeles. They have a good variety of items and meats, but I would say they are most known for their al pastor (marinated, spit-roasted pork that is usually served with a slice/ chunk of pineapple). The service here is pretty efficient since they have to be - there's almost always a line. The vibe: depending on the time of day or night you come, it's usually a mixed group of people wanting to try this spot, people eating after a drinking session, or just people looking for decently priced tacos. One of the times I was here, I was standing behind Dante Basco (Rufio!), haha. Usually a fun vibe for sure. My usual here is two tacos (typically the al pastor) and a mulita. It used to be that there was a toppings and salsa bar where you would dress up your food. Not sure if it's because of the pandemic or people taking advantage and taking too much stuff home, you now have to go to a separate window to ask for the toppings and salsa and they're individually packaged. I definitely think this place is worth going for the al pastor. I myself have been here multiple times. Parking can be tough, but if you are going during the week there's usually parking along the street facing south on LA Brea right around the corner. Just be careful though as it is a relatively high traffic area and some people seem to drive recklessly in this area.“

“Poncho's has to be my and my family's favorite taco spot currently in the San Fernando Valley area. If you still haven't tried their tacos then you've been missing out. Currently I'm probably ordering via Uber eats on a regular basis. I highly recommend quesotsco beef birria tacos, quesotsco al pastor and of course you can't go wrong with the regular street tacos asada, Al pastor and even birria. I forgot to mention how flavorful the consome is and of course their salsa verde & red sauce are a must too! I pair all my queso tacos with all 3 ( consome, salsa verde and red salsa)“

“This is THE best taco place in the valley! I wanted some fresh fish tacos but from a more reputable place than just a truck. This place has amazingly fresh tacos, burritos, nachos, tortas and quesadillas. They are reasonably priced and I love the casual experience. There's nothing better than chilling outside and eating perfect tacos. ^_^ I'll be back to try everything else on the menu.“

“I been to a few birria trucks around LA and I just went to this spot. It is very delicious even the ramen doesn't need any extra. The flavor of their Birria is just incredible. This is now worth me going out of my way to be stuck on the 405 for 2 hr any direction. Make sure to find the right truck and get yourself the birria ramen and their tacos.“

“They always hold us down. After a lit night, when we want something cheap, or just when I'm fixing for tacos. Best I've had in the valley and better than anything I've had in Ventura county too. Shrimp tacos, chicken tacos, pastor tacos, and those damn birria tacos . And I love the onion that comes with it. Just beware of the hot salsa, if you get everything included on your food - it will be spicy. The only thing that wasn't the best was the birria burrito, and damn that was kinda good too! But I'd probably try something else next time I want a burrito or get consomé with it. It was a little dry without it.“

“This will be the third time we have used Nana's Kitchen. So clearly, we love what they do. The food is fantastic, a step up from your normal taco caterer, and we loved the passed appetizers while the guests were arriving. They set up a beautiful buffet spread and used gorgeous bowls. Everything was fresh and delicous. They homemade the tortillas and served delicious guacomole, again homemade. The servers were ontime, self sufficant and cleaned up after themselves. They boxed up all of the leftovers for us which was really nice. The only negative I could find, and you just need to know, is that beyond the food/catering fee (minimum of $650 for 40 people) they charge a travel fee, a convenience fee to use a credit card, and a 18% service fee which is NOT gratuity. So ontop of the food, you will need to expect to pay about 40 % more on the charges (your own tip to the servers, their 18% service fee and travel fee and of course tax). They are transparent about it, but something you should know. With that being said, I would still use them again.“

“Popular late night taco truck known for al pastor. These tacos are street size so 4-5 are needed for a meal. Cash and credit cards are accepted. I got the carne asada and the al pastor. There were four different salsas and the spicy guacamole one is the best in my opinion. Free parking available that’s shared with the car wash. There’s an outdoor seating area that’s relatively clean. They speak both English and Spanish.“

“Decided to stop by & try this spot since we were in the area. We arrived at a good time luckily there was parking available right in front of the shop which is located in a small plaza. They have varies of food options, we decided to go with the California burrito which has birria and fries inside. The burrito is rather good. (Next time I hope to try their birria ramen) We ordered a strawberry agua fresca with the rim it was good my bf liked it soo much he wanted to buy the rim itself. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area again.“

“Some food was okay, but others lacked some taste, which required better enhancements. Although all that food wasn't too bad, it was okay with a nice soft drink. With a good atmosphere and service, it felt good to experience, making me like the restaurant.“

“This is my go-to taco spot in the valley! Parking isn't that great considering that it is at a park, but it's not horrible. The tacos itself is what gets me going back and the customer service is good. They have a lot of options and the price is affordable as well.“

“Went to Kluckin Chicken and was greeted by a nice young man named Arthur. Asked him for his recommendation and it was the Chicken Quesadilla and boy was he on the money. I am not a big fan of different cheeses in my food but this was probably one of the best quesadillas I've ever had. Make sure that you eat it with the sauce that it comes with. My son decided to stick with his normal order of getting chicken tenders. At first I thought the prices here were absolutely ridiculous after paying $43 for two people but when you get your order and see how much food you get. This is like getting lunch and dinner for most people so the value for what you get made it easier to swallow the bill .Fries were OK and could have used a little bit more seasoning but once you dip them in the sauce it makes it all better.“
“If you're looking for a great spot for Taco Tuesday this is it! The service is quick and fast. The tacos have a great amount of meat. I love the fact that there salsa taste homemade. I got the carne asada, al pastor and chicken. So good! This will definitely be our go to spot. And the best part is that there tacos are only $1.25 on Tuesdays. Also you are able to call ahead and place an order.“

“There aren't many plant-based options. Their grilled zucchini is very good, and I highly recommend it! My family loves the fish tacos and pasta! I don't recommend the clam chowder. Overall, good food, but I wish there were more plant-based options!“

“We've been here a few times. The tacos are always on point. Portions are big, and they don't cheat out on the meat. We got al pastor, birria, quesataco w/ carne asada, and lengua. All were . The unit thing I didn't like was that we had to order the consume separately, which doesn't make sense when ordering any birria tacos. I got the house beer, which was pretty good... tasted similar to Modelo. The vibe was dope with tvs, bar lights/ signs, and plenty of dine in tables.“

“Best birria food truck around here. The queso birria tacos is so bomb- the tortilla is warmly coated in the spicy broth and oozing with cheese. They give you plenty of limes. roasted peppers and their HOMEMADE SALSA OMG i love it. End it with their horchata and it's the best. Cash, Credit card is accepted.:)“

“I came here at the beginning of the school year with members of my department and the food was so good! The salsa was also quite tasty. I got flautas and they actually had seasoned chicken inside. Sometimes, places don't season their fillings, which I find baffling. So glad that I've found this place. Not super fast service, but also not super slow.“

“Best gorditas in town my favorite are the papas con chorizo gorditas they add beans and salad, chicharrón gorditas are good to but on the spicier side. Their tacos de canasta are very delicious as well. The owner is always there taking orders to cooking the food herself, she is very courteous.“

“Good Mexican food, the cabeza was delicious. The burrito and tacos had a generous amount of meat. No prices were listed, one burrito, two tacos, and a large Jamaica were just under $20. A good flow of patrons came through as we waited for our food, it took about 15 minutes.“
“They have beef, pork, chicken, pork skins, chorizo and hotdogs. They don't shortchange the stuffings (whether it's nachos, tacos or burritos).Complimentary salad (cucumber, onion, radish etc) I think is free for any customer who orders there. The guy who's in charge of hotdogs, nachos should be given an award for best customer service. He makes sure that customers get what they want specially for non-spanish speaking customers. Kudos to you sir!Must try: Mixed Tacos, Burritos and Nachos (freshly fried)“

“LA has too many choices for Mexican food and it can take forever to find that 5 star establishment. In my search I came across a solid Mexican restaurant. I got an order of enchiladas and the family chose shrimp, carnitas, birria, carne asada and Al pastor tacos. I would give Xochipilli a solid 4 stars. The enchiladas were pretty good, nice red sauce, meat was tender and overall flavorful. The carnitas were soft but seemed to be missing that deep fried and crisped crunch, the Al pastor had good flavor, shrimp tacos were good but the Birria tacos were my favorite. The rice was a bit dry and the beans were pretty good.If you are craving a wide variety of good Mexican food, stop looking and swing by Xochipilli for good solid Mexican food.“
