The only reason I didn’t give the food five stars is that the food portions are a bit on the smaller side. For example, if you’re an active adult male (like my hubby) and you order shrimp tacos as your entree, you’ll likely need to add a salad with protein or an appetizer. Aside from that minor note, highly recommend!“

“We’re been going to Gus’s BBQ a long time, but recently, their brisket has become STUPENDOUS. It was always good, but oh my... I’ve had brisket all over and this is as good as brisket gets. On a pandemic note... usually when ordering take-out, something goes wrong. A missing side, etc. Not here. Each order has been perfectly accurate. Thank you, Gus’s. Our favorite.“

“We’ve ordered from Jasmine Thai several times through Postmates, and they never disappoint! They’re open late, which is such a lifesaver, and the food always arrives fresh, delicious, and fast. They pay attention to special instructions and have never messed up an order.

Portions are generous, and everything we’ve tried has been amazing. Our favorites are the spicy fried rice, dumplings, and egg rolls — all packed with flavor and consistently great.

“Love the atmosphere of this comfortably casual bar. Ample outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to sip a beer or two relaxing in the sunshine. I don’t eat meat so I haven’t tried the burgers, which come highly recommended. The garlic parmesan fries are excellent and enough for 3 people. Sorry I can’t say the same for the cauliflower wings or pretzels with cheese sauce. But I had the best-poured beer of my life—a fresh Scrimshaw pilsner in a sparkling-clean glass. See attached video. Despite the venue’s name, they now offer cocktails as well as beer and wine.“

“This use to be one of my favorite locations. The service is fast, and the cashiers are always nice and professional. It’s also a very safe location but not a lot of places to eat outside like other locations. Overall it’s still a good clear restaurant with fresh food.“

“NYC cheese slices are my jam, and we have an embarrassment of riches in Sherman Oaks. Within a mile of each other, there are three, count 'em three, authentic NY slice shops. My son and I visited all three of them on a self-guided cheese slice tour of Sherman Oaks. Pizza Wagon was stop three on the tour!

The atmosphere is good...NY decor on the walls in what feels like a truly neighborhood / not-chain space. The service was great too...the staff worked quickly and were abundantly friendly and helpful.

They do a good job with authentic style slices...the right amount of crisp on the crust and a good ratio of sauce versus cheese. The chew was good, though both the crust and sauce don't quite have the superior flavor profile of the nearby places.

It's definitely a good alternative to those, though, and miles ahead of the major chain pizzas in terms of NY style.“

This time it was out of several including Coke and Cherry Coke. Other locations often stop serving some items in the evening even though they are Open Late.“
