“we were lucky to have our baby shower at casa de pizza and joel and eddie are amazing owners. i was getting overwhelmed looking for venues and catering our baby shower, and we were so grateful that casa de pizza were open to having us. from day one, eddie and joel were responsive and put together a really nice menu with a drink package that was EXTREMELY REASONABLE for pricing. the baby shower itself was fantastic - pizza was solid, the pitchers were flowing, and the antipasto salad, wings, and lasagna were delicious. joel was on the floor making sure everyone was taken care of, and i cannot tell you how nice it was to walk in, celebrate, and walk out without having to worry about a thing. they even offered to let come a little earlier to decorate which was a nice gesture.

i also wanted to mention that we live in the neighborhood and have been going to casa de pizza since before new ownership. i've felt that the pizza and pasta are still very good, so i am surprised to read that people aren't satisfied. they've made some very positive changes by opening orders up for online and pick up. if you OG customers remember, we'd all have to fight each other calling the phone line just to get an order in, and it'd take us a solid 20 minutes of hearing the busy tone before getting someone to take our order, wait an hour, then pick it up. change is scary because it's new, but i feel like eddie and joel honor the tradition and respect of what casa de pizza was meant to be - your neighborhood pizza parlor.

“I stopped by this Jamba juice with my nephew and niece. We walked here since we were in the area. I ordered from the kiosk and got a small strawberry wild, small peanut butter moo and a small strawberry surfrider. The price is on the higher end for a small size. They made our drinks quick and we sat inside. The drinks were delicious especially on a hot day.“

“This is a hidden gem in the valley. From the outside I did not expect the interior to look so nice and Japanese style.

The sushi omakase was so tasty with different cuts of fish like toro, salmon belly and more. Each one had garnishes like chili oil, yuzu, fresh wasabi, etc. The presentation is stunning. The other items we ordered were also so fresh and tasty like the Toro toast, negitoro mini bowl, and shishito peppers.

“Number one I’m a huge Vietnamese food fan growing up in Seattle I got to eat it all the time and I absolutely love this place they’ve done so well to make the food convenient and easy and it’s perfect to enjoy outside. I had to of course had to have the pho with beef and tendon it was the number two on the menu I was greeted immediately and by the way everybody is very friendly, even the interior of the restaurant makes me excited for the days when we can actually go back inside again. They kept everything very clean sanitizers available at the front desk if you want good cheap food then you need to come here this place is beautiful they’re working very hard I am coming back!! One thing I love is to get the extra peppers of course in hot weather that’s not desirable but vitamin C and healthy content load up the bean sprouts let the broth soak in through the super mouth watering I’m going to try many other items on the menu!“

“There are few restaurants that understand what it means to offer hospitality. Historically, the tavern was also an inn. Not just a place for a meal but a space for travelers to rest their head and to be comforted. I did not expect my grieving heart to find comfort at Rococo Ramen but I did thanks to the phenomenal service of the staff.

I was told today that a dear friend of mine had passed away. I did not have the energy to make food and decided to come here and get another stamp in my card. The ramen here is good. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. The service is attentive and timely.

My server offered his condolences when I expressed how I was feeling. The food I ordered was on time and done so with care. I didn't just feel like my hunger was sated but that my grief was welcomed here. I felt comforted only in a way that can be expressed by an expert in hospitality.

“I love Baja Fresh, my only complaint this time is we did an online order, I asked for a chicken taco and a steak taco for my daughter, I of course paid more for the steak, but when we got home we just had 2 chicken tacos. I'm not into examining the food while at the restaurant and this was covered in cheese so it was hard to tell until my daughter but into them both that there was no steak to be found. Just not taking the time to be sure the order is correct, it was a little disappointing. I got the Vegetable only Burrito Ultimo as usual, I just wish the vegetables were cut up a little smaller but it was good as usual.“

Honestly, the best beef shawarma I’ve ever had, better than any spot in LA.

The only thing I regret is that I ordered the 20oz (600ml) and not the 32oz! If you are in LA, you MUST go here. I haven't come across anything like that anywhere else yet! “I love going to Ihop with my family and been to several Ihop's. I enjoyed the experience at this one because Jhoan was very professional, attentive, polite, efficient, and genuine. He helped us get our order and our special request since I have a picky eater. He's a great waiter because he also has patience towards kids making noise or spilling something by accident. Which at other places waiters have rolled their eyes & given attitude. Jhoan was very professional we enjoyed eating at this location and we didn't felt rush in paying, thank you. When I come back to eat hopefully we get Jhoan's help again!“
