50 Best Vegan Restaurants near North Hills

“Today 10:45 am, I drop by to they’re branch 9516 sepulveda blvd, north hills 91343. I ordered 2 bibingka, 1 pancit malabon, 1 halo halo and a big crispy pata(one size) only, which is quite expensive, but it’s ok I can afford it. After 45 minutes all my orders were ready. I’m excited about the crispy pata but to my surprise it looks like it’s overcooked because it’s a little bit burned. I can tell because I’m a cook and I know if it’s overcooked or not and the result? It taste bitter because it’s burned from the deep fryer. As for me no problem but they insist that that’s the way they cook. OMG I was astonishedbecause how could that be their standard, it has a bitter taste. I believe no human being would like that kind of taste. Quite upsetting. I just told them if they keep on doing that they will lose valuable customers like me. So I’m rating them 1 star for their attitude. Thank you. Hope this will be published…….“

“The food was good, but took forever and the sushi rolls were small. The edamame was delicious we ordered the garlic and spicy one. The waitresses and waiters were all very nice and accommodating.“

“This predominantly vegan restaurant serves a good variety of delicious, fresh and healthy fare. I recommend the lentil loaf, colossal kale salad, flautas, and the orange cauliflower lo mein among others, and I hear the breakfast items (served all day) are excellent. Arlene is a fantastic server. In addition to the mostly vegan items, the eclectic menu also recently added some vegetarian but non-vegan entrees and even fish. This has drawn some unfair criticism. Please keep in mind that times are very difficult now for restaurants, and at least doubly so for vegetarian and vegan restaurants. If the inclusion of a few non-vegan items helps keep this gem of an eatery with a predominantly vegan/vegetarian menu afloat, then all the better for all of us.“

“Pleasantly surprised with everything about Veggietize me. Just a small unpretentious place with good people and great all Vegan food. We felt very welcome there. Nothing fancy, just a few tables and a counter you order at. The menu is extensive. I had the western burger with the impossible patty. This patty was cooked perfectly and had to be one of the best vegan burgers I've had. My huspand had the breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. Next came dessert. Oreo shake..of course. delicious. I had a Horchata which was perfect as well. We love this place and can't wait to come back to try more.“

The toppings were delicious! Not only was the food amazing but the ambience of his stand gave it some spooky vibes which I absolutely love !!! The crazy part is, I’m not even vegan, and I would choose these forever snd ever. My friends were also very pleased with their dogs as well. They even bought some to go for later ! “EDIT: Another appointment, another Leo’s Superfood pickup order. 💅 I had a couple online orders that were not made the way I requested since my initial review, however, my online order this past Friday was made correctly to order and it was absolutely perfect in every way, (righting past wrongs)!! I ate my last flapjack warmed with nothing on it the next day; they’re that good! In fact, their pancake recipe is something I legitimately wish I had to emulate at home. Moreover, you can’t go wrong with the tofu breakfast mini burritos!! I get both every time as a creature of habit! Xoxo

Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! I'm back home in Tennessee now and plan to attempt to copy it, but having the authentic recipe to serve to friends when we entertain would be over the top! “The sushi fish was fresh, and the sushi rice was delicious! As someone who frequents sushi bars in LA for some nigiri and hot tea, Chiba has the best ambiance and best tasting nigiri sushi.

My favorite was the mackerel, yellowtail, and unagi.

I've also ordered donburi here, and it comes very close to the donburi I had in Japan.

Been coming to Chiba for years now. Hands down it's my favorite sushi spot for nigiri in LA.
