For some reason, my Jamba app wasn't being read by the computer, but they honored the coupon that I was trying to use anyway. Then on the way out, I got caught up on the door and dropped one of my smoothies. As I was frantically trying to clean up the mess, they made me another smoothie to replace the one I dropped! I couldn't believe it! They reassured me that everything was okay and that they would finish cleaning up the mess. “Absolutely Love our Better Buzz here in Poway.
The staff is always so friendly, the drinks are consistently top-notch, and they do their best to serve the drinks quickly.
Parking can be tricky right by the shop, but the large parking lot makes up for it, so you'll always find a spot.
The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too.
The restroom is clean, the tables are wiped down, and the napkins and utensils are always replenished. It's the little things that make a place great!“

My daughter (2yrs old) and I stopped by to get a smoothie and it was a fantastic experience!

We were kindly greeted by the lady behind the counter and a gentleman.

They let me check the ingredients before making my selection.

We ordered the #10 high protein shake with strawberry blueberry and banana

It was delicious and very affordable.

The place was clean and we could watch them make our smoothie.

“Every time I have been to this smoothie place, I have always been amazed at the quality and the amazing taste of everything.. This time I had a piña colada bowl and it just amazed me . Also, the owner is really cordial and friendly and has a great rapport with the young people who come in to his establishment. He’s a very nice man and that people who work with him are terrific young people. I highly recommend.“

Pricing was more normal than other places haha...boba was cooked well. Tea flavor could definitely be a bit stronger.

I've been coming back here more frequently for their outstanding services and delicious drinks, I'm a fan of matcha, bobas and still want to try more, I'd love to try their cakes when I could. Try their brown sugar bobas, that's better than the regular and tasty. Their teas and ingredients are devoured and fresh, I'm impressed with the Matcha Fresh Milk and Rose Milk tea, they made with real rose and smell like rose. I'm happy with their friendly, dedicated and patient staffs and I'm looking for coming back here more!

“Here is this my constructive review. I have been going to this smoothie shop since they opened their doors on MCAS. They are a welcome addition. The smoothies are not to unreasonably priced, and they offer good selection as well as a variety of mix ins that allow for even more possibilities. The service is usually pretty good with no complaints on my part, though I would ask for reward numbers more often if I were you. Here is the biggest downside I have found. Your working hours are really missing the mark. You operate on a marine corp base, but completely ignore the working hours of your biggest client. These marines are not able to straggle in at 0700 or 1600 to make it in time for a smoothie. They operate very early and leave even later sometimes. Many marines are at the gym at 0500 or even 0600 trying to get a good lift in. Those who like to post their workout will usually opt to work out after working hours between 1600 - 1800 is the next magic hour. What I crave after an intense workout is a protein packed, refreshing smoothie. But alas, one is never available when it is truly needed. I would seriously consider opening at 0600 and closing at 1800 to maximize your hitting all of your possible customers vs just those families or select few who can find time to make it. In addition to operating hours. Thus far I have found 4 separate occasions where you were either open almost 30mins after 0700 or closed 30 minutes before 1600. It's a really big let down to arrive at the posted time or reasonably before closing to try to snag a smoothie, just to find a locked door. If you fixed your operating hour issues in both time available and being on time for your availability that is posted, I believe you would be a 5 star business that would put Jamba juice to shame.“

“Met a friend for breakfast on a Friday morning around 8am. It was busy and getting busier. Pancakes and crepes were great. My only complaint was that coffee refills were hard to come by even when we stopped various servers and the hostess to ask. It might have been an off morning? Overall experience was OK.“

I've been here a handful of times and only once did they mess up my drink order. The only complaint I have is just that, tonight on 2/18 I ordered a tigers milk tea with honey Boba and it's a travesty but they forgot to add the creme brulee pieces which is too bad because it's not even close to as good trading without those pieces, it changes the texture of the drink and most importantly without those pieces it completely changes the flavor of the drink. It is still good just not the same.“
