“This is mexican food truck on hwy 101, exit 347 (road129). There is good space for semi trucks. Easily you can park and eat & also sufficent place to turn semi truck. So be easily to stop and eat.

We live in marina about a 20 min drive but we still go there everytime because their food is just amazing. I love the lamb and beef shawarma, but everything ive tried there is delicious“

“We have lived in Salinas for over 50 years and can truly say Taquitos is amazing. The food is always on point perfect! The restaurant employees are always so nice. They make you feel at home. We highly recommend Taquitos Restaurant. Today was Father’s Day and the Fajitas were delicious! My husband had the best Father’s Day dinner out. Thank you Taquitos you are the best!“

“I have been to Los Grullenses many times over the years, and it remains one of my favorite places in Salinas for tacos. It’s the kind of spot I keep coming back to when I’m craving good tacos.

My go to are tacos al pastor tacos and a chicken sope, and both were delicious. The corn tortillas for the tacos are grilled with some of the flavorful juices from the meat, which gives them an extra layer of flavor. The al pastor was juicy, well seasoned, and full of flavour, and the tortillas really helped bring everything together. The chicken sope was also very tasty. The sope itself had a nice little crispiness to it, the beans were good, and the chicken was flavorful and delicious. Everything is seasoned well, it really works. My husband ordered the tripas tacos, and these were probably the highlight of the meal. The tripas were crispy, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way we like them. If you enjoy tripas, this is definitely one of my favorite ways to have them. We also ordered Jamaica, which unfortunately was just okay. The biggest disappointment was that the drink was served warm despite having ice in it, so it wasn’t nearly as refreshing as it should have been.

Overall, the tacos are flavorful, the meats are cooked well, and the grilled tortillas make a noticeable difference. Definitely one of my go-to taco restaurants in Salinas, and I’ll continue coming back for those tripas and al pastor tacos!“

Enchiladas with melted cheese (get the plate with rice and beans), fish tacos, super burritos and chimichangas are all I have tried so far, but there's lots more on the menu. During my recent visit, I sampled a few different menu items. The street-style tacos were loaded with fresh ingredients, tender meats, and authentic seasoning, paired wonderfully with their self-serve salsa bar stocked with vibrant salsas and fresh fixings. The horchata was refreshing, and the overall value for money is hard to beat given the hefty portion sizes.
While service was swift and the food came out piping hot, I am giving it four stars instead of five because certain items could use a tiny bit more complexity in their seasoning profiles to truly elevate the overall experience. Even with that minor note, it is an exceptionally solid choice for casual Mexican dining in the area. Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a relaxed meal, Las Cazuelas is well worth a visit and easily earns a strong recommendation from me.“

“We traveled through Salinas and wanted Tacos. We love going to El Paisa in oakland for suadero but have trouble finding it. After a Google search, we called this restaurant and it was a close tie to our favorite Tacos! I actually liked these tacos much better but my boyfrienf says its a tie. Great price, atmosphere, corner location! We will be back. 🙂“

“Great food and terrific pricing for these times! This is a special Taqueria truck that is parked consistently at Fourth Street and San Jose St. in San Juan Bautista. Good selection of items; my favorites are their burrito made with chili verde or their yummy tacos with choice of meat. As of now (12/2024),Taco Tuesday’s price is $1.50/taco (also 3-9 pm on Thursdays.)
You can’t go wrong with Taqueria el Milagro (a genuine miracle!)“

The restaurant was clean, and it was not too crowded when we visited in the afternoon, which made for a relaxed atmosphere.

Our server was polite and friendly. While service was a little slower than expected, she appeared to be managing the dining room on her own, and we appreciated her efforts.

We enjoyed the aguas frescas, and the Taco Tuesday specials offered good value. The tacos were good overall, although the carne asada tacos were not as hot as we expected when they were served.

Overall, it was an enjoyable meal, and we would consider visiting again.“

They ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas and the combo meal with chicken enchilada and shredded beef taco. Everything was superb. Ask for the salsa verde if you like some kick. I always judge the authenticity of a Mexican restaurant by their beans, and their beans are spot on! Tacos de asada, nopal breakfast burritos and menudo is among my fave. The service is always great, the ladies their are always so welcoming and humble, they remind me of my tias. Give this small place a chance! You won’t regret it!“

“I got the birra torta here and two tacos al pastor. The tacos were good but the torta was surprisingly delicious upon first bite due to the quality of the birria. The overall taste profile at this location is balanced and deep, meaning it is well-seasoned and flavorful without being excessive or greasy. It is food that can be eaten every day without feeling overloaded. It is also at a very nice location next to a park and lots of trees.

I randomly met the owner one day prior at an unrelated place, and I can see that there is a reason he confidently invited me to try his food, where his lovely wife operates the business and cooking! It is because he knows he can deliver a great food experience! Through word of mouth, I know that I am not the only one who liked the torta here.

There is quite an extensive menu, and I will definitely be back to try more items. I highly recommend the birria. Overall a great spot!“

“I like to go on Sundays for the barbecue. The truth is that it is very good and they serve you well. You can almost always order a small glass of consommé to enjoy it while you wait to be served with handmade tortillas and it is very delicious.“
