This place is one of the most excellent Papa John branches with a cool customer service and made a great job on preparing, cooking pizza, and make it ready on time. It is very delicious and tasty. Except that this location on 50th st west and Avenue N is way better at service than the one on 40th st west and avenue L. It's always nice to get home and see your mobile order prepared accurately. “First time here. Coming home from Acton, looked up breakfast burritos and saw this place with amazing reviews.... Well deserved. I got the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! This isn't exactly close to home but definitely worth the drive for good food and service.

“Today was my first time ever visit to Five Guys and it wasn’t disappointing. I was acknowledged and greeted right away while I was still entering through the door (I like that!). Young lady that was taking my order literally made my day. Knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Considering diminished excellence of customer service in Palmdale, she was a real gem. And if management read these reviews, I suggest she should be employee of the month. Unfortunately they didn’t disclose the name, but she is the most joyful there, young lady in glasses.
The little bacon hamburger was tasty and fries were one of the best fries I ever ate. They are little pricey, but they taste so good!
I usually don’t eat at fast food places, but this is the place where I would go next time I have craving for hamburger and fries.

“10/13/24 - Revision. I brought my family into the mall and wanted them to enjoy the same service Mohammed offered me and with his absence, I was left disappointed. Food was still really good!

The noon shift, Sunday. I ordered food for my family and a drink. I was offered toys for my daughter, but I wasn't too happy waiting on a drink thirsty, during the wait preparing the meal. I also wasn't very happy being served a cup full of ice, by the employee. I can understand no refill, but if your going to max a cup out of ice and pour little drink and when asked if you offer refills, getting laughed at while shaking your head "no" to make my feelings feel at ease probably isn't something you should be doing to a customer who pays for a fountain drink that's costly. There is no need for profit gain on soft drinks, and cutting corners to the customer. It's not courtesy. I hope and wish it was a one time mistake bc I do like the service Mohammed offered. It's not fair for others to not offer the same. I walked off and bought a soda from the other vendors.

“Drive thru for a milkshake and a cheesecake. Both were excellent..Update,,had to drop you to a 4 rating, lets taco bout it.. Stopped in for some tacos cuz we loves us some Jack tacos. We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. Didnt wait long but when we got home. WOW .. , not in a good way!Ver lttle. $¢ Little lettuce, dripping with sauce. And Im talking dripping. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. I didnt call for new tacos, and I didn't complain about lack of lettuce, or doin the backstroke through sauce.I am sayin, the order was correct on the screen. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order. Take an extra 2 seconds.(see you just took an extra 2 seconds and read the same line of text)And the probability of special orders having mistakes, is reduced immensely. “It is a gas station place so you don't expect much but it is truly a little hidden corner. While I usually dine there for burgers I really love their wet burrito, with golden crunchy tripas and a red salsa, it is absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly and the aguas frescas are refreshing! It is very limited in space however so be warned about seating during peak hours.

Parking: Very few parking spots, no shade, high traffic area due to the gas station.“

“My 10 year old autistic twin boys received a Certificate from school for free kids meal here.. They do not eat at many fast food locations because of their sensory issues and food allergies. I asked the server if one of my sons could try a piece of the teriyaki chicken and I was advised that they no longer can let you try the food because they do not have the items that they used to use to give you a piece and also because of COVID. Well times have changed and cold. It has decreased according to the news so I don't understand why they haven't gotten with The Times and change things.
