Also, the owner is really cordial and friendly and has a great rapport with the young people who come in to his establishment. “Unfortunately, COVID has caused most buffets to close permanently. However, the ambiance, service (by Myleen), food quality & value at Sage Cafe made us quickly forget that disappointment. She brought us a basket of assorted breads as soon as we were seated (overlooking their lake) and took our order. My cobb salad salmon was grilled to perfection & my husband rated his philly cheesesteak with garlic fries extremely tasty. Portions were so huge we took half our meals home, so didn't try the desserts, which looked delicious as they passed by us to other diners.“
