“I am not a big fan of any type of chicken, I kept driving pass Roostarz Hot Chicken because of my preference of the type of food that I enjoy eating. My wife told me that we should try this place and we did. I ordered the sliders ( no heat ),and my wife ordered the rice-n-Roos medium heat. She told me the next she’ll order the low heat. She told me that the rice was delicious. The french fry’s was very delicious and so was the sliders. The service was polite and informative about this restaurant cooking their food in peanut oil. So the first thing that I ate was the french fry, I was only going to try just one, but I couldn’t help myself and ate almost half before I started eating the chicken slider. The slider was delicious, and very tasty. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, and this place is kid friendly. There’s wall mounted TVs, there’s also free games to play. There’s lots of parking and it also has handicap parking with wheelchair accessible. There’s also outdoor tables.“

“this spot is such a hidden jam. The food is amazing. The service is amazing, they even provide gloves for you to eat with your fried chicken. The drinks are literally so fizzy and amazing like if you don’t know where to go for Korean fried chicken go here. and the price you CANT beat sooooo affordable !!!“

“I left a review a few months ago it was originally a 1 star due to the fact that I waited 30plusmins with a bunch of other people. Gave it a chance again today and last week, so far received my order within 2 minutes, so it seems they fix the time issue.“

“I enjoy grabbing a 3 piece chicken strip meal from Popeyes because the chicken is moist inside and crispy on the outside and the sides are decent. I tend to get mac & cheese and coleslaw. The line isnt long and before you finish listening to 1 song you are at the window!“

I’m actually shocked by the bad reviews. This is my first time visiting this location. I barely go to fast food restaurants because I’m such a DoorDash girly. However, I stopped by today 8/28/25 at 9:02PM via drive thru. I didn’t know how to use the app and wanted to use the coupon, Adam took my order and advised me to find an option to generate a code. He was very nice and patient. I didn’t wait too long in the drive thru line, only two cars ahead of me. Mark took my payment and handed me my order. He was nice as well. I advised I wanted to leave a review because most people are rude about using coupons and would make you order through the app. He stated he didn’t take my order and that Adam did. I appreciate his honesty. Overall, my visit today was a 10/10 and my food was fresh. Definitely keeps these two gentlemen on the schedule with their preferred shift because they have excellent customer service skills and a calm, friendly tone. Thanks!“
