This was our first time at this IHOP and we were pleasantly surprised with the service, since we entered we were greeted and welcomed so kindly, our server Michelle was so courteous and attentive also. For us, service is the major reason to either go back or NEVER to go back to a restaurant and we will gladly be coming back to this IHOP even if we have others closer to our home. “Very delicious food and tasty salsa. Service was really good and overall a really good place to come back to! Only thing was the parking is very minimal and had to swing around the block to enter the parking lot. It’s not that I missed the turn, this cafe is such a hole in the wall and very hidden! Gotta stop by and get the huevos rancheros.“

“There was a 30 minute wait on a Thursday at 11:00am. It is not a very big place. They do have outdoor seating. Super friendly and helpful staff. They anticipate needs with a smile. The food is really good!

The standout - banana nana pancakes - wow these are amazing ! Piping hot deliciousness. Pancakes smothered in sliced banana and a syrupy sauce. So good you have to try and it’s huge!

The lot so great - biscuit and gravy. Biscuit not fluffy or moist. Very dry. Gravy pretty good.

The breakfast sandwich and the egg pancakes had very nice flavor and hit the spot just right. The drinks can be made hot or cold. For hot, you will need to select the ice level option and then pick hot.
