I come here 2-3 times a week. So far my experience is great. I always look forward to a place that has great customer service. I can’t recall a bad incident here. The food, of course, is excellent. Spicy chicken sandwiches and lettuce wrap super stars are my are my favorite. Dining area and bathrooms are always clean.
Everything went smoothly in the drive-through. And I love that they don't ask me to pull forward because they're worried about the clock. I miss their specials. Especially with everything being so expensive.

The customer service here on a Friday evening was really fantastic. I thought all of the guys working were very interested in doing a good job and making customers happy.The only reason I had one less star was purely the suspicious characters who came in a group to use the bathroom, middle aged adults who were probably stumbling over from surrounding businesses. No fault of Carl's Jr just a heads up for their surroundings.
