In a time when pricing has gone up in all of the fast-food chain's customer service becomes more important in retaining your business. I was waited on by Alonso, and I was very impressed with his customer service. He greets everyone like they are friends and provides superior customer service from the minute you enter the restaurant. I was so impressed with him I asked if he was the manager or owner.
