“In a time when pricing has gone up in all of the fast-food chain's customer service becomes more important in retaining your business. I was waited on by Alonso, and I was very impressed with his customer service. He greets everyone like they are friends and provides superior customer service from the minute you enter the restaurant. I was so impressed with him I asked if he was the manager or owner. He replied no he was just an employee. He treats every customer like he owns the business and wants everyone to have a great meal and return. The food is typical Carls good and prepared the way it should be, but I will be returning because of the great service I received from Alonso.“

“I went to The Hat to celebrate my buddy Gene's 80th birthday. The Hat is one of his favorite eateries. The place is CLEAN, the service friendly and efficient and fast, and the atmosphere friendly. The place was packed for lunch. I enjoyed their Pastrami Dip and yummy onion rings (small order, which was AMPLE!). Gene enjoyed his Steak sandwich and crispy French fries. The only thing that I have against this place is the customer service, the girls at the window always get the condiments wrong, you ask for ranch and they give attitude even when I say I’ll pay. Also we ask for meat well done and it never is, once again I love the burgers and menu in general but when you are a paying customer you hope to get what you ask for.“

“My order was taken soon as I approached register. The employee who took my order was a manager I'm pretty sure. He was very cordial, and accommodating! He kept a close eye on his employees, and gave a bit of guidance here & there, with a smile!The employees all seemed very plesant,and focused which created a tip top work environment! “My wife and I have been going to this Legends since the beginning of our relationship in 2011. The food has always been great. We introduced our son to this place since he was 7 months. We just celebrated his 5th birthday in February 2026 at Legends. We invited a lot of people, and first time goers were extremely satisfied with their food and the oldies theme provided. I've had most of their burgers and sandwiches. Overall, the best item is their Legends Chili Cheese Fries. I would always recommend that item to those who have not visited. Unfortunately, due to my current health I'm supposed to follow a strict diet. So I ordered both the Garden Burger AND their Avocado sandwich. Both were delicious and filling. I can't wait to go back soon to try their Chicken Breast Salad and Vegetarian Burrito.“

“José Irma Moisés and the crew were amazing. We came in to celebrate a graduation as this is our favorite spot! Not only are they all very patient with us but made sure the food was correct . It was a big party and we got everything correctly and it was all great. The staff kept checking on us to get refills for sodas and coffee. They gave us a celebration ice cream and congratulated our nice on her promotion. Strongly recommend this Tom’s , always a great experience!“

“Hole in the wall spot... but its become my go to for all things mexican. I come every Wednesday without fail. Asada burrito with the guac and cheese! Other great food: chile relleno plate, shrimp tacos & burritos (very spicy, get it without the red salsa if you don't like it hot), chile verde burrito, breakfast burrito, super fries and nachos always a fav. Its not fancy but the staff are always nice, especially Oscar! This place is def a place to star.

Only outdoor seating, so it's not a sit down fancy spot.. but they will handle any size group you got.“

“I've been to this specific Carl's Jr. for 10 yrs, and they really improved their food quality and service over the years. Fries used to be cold, but now it's burning hot (in a good way). It's not too greasy or too salty; it's perfect. And the burgers, as usual, are excellent. Plus, the veggies inside are very fresh! It could be a bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. Keep it up!“
