I was waited on by Alonso, and I was very impressed with his customer service. He greets everyone like they are friends and provides superior customer service from the minute you enter the restaurant. I was so impressed with him I asked if he was the manager or owner. He replied no he was just an employee. He treats every customer like he owns the business and wants everyone to have a great meal and return. The food is typical Carls good and prepared the way it should be, but I will be returning because of the great service I received from Alonso.“

The cheeseburger could’ve been better but with 50% off I guess you couldn’t go wrong. The interior has plenty of tables and the AC works really good. They also have a drive-through. “My order was taken soon as I approached register. The employee who took my order was a manager I'm pretty sure. He was very cordial, and accommodating! He kept a close eye on his employees, and gave a bit of guidance here & there, with a smile!The employees all seemed very plesant,and focused which created a tip top work environment! “I’ve come here daily for weeks since its conveniently right next to my job.

When the food is made fresh it’s as good as any other Mexican food in Pomona.

My only grievance is what feels like a lack of appreciation for customers who spend their money with them daily.

I had one of their rewards cards where you get a sticker for every visit with a purchase over $5.99. I was 2 stickers away from the free combo and somehow lost the card. I came the next day and asked for a new one and if they could at least credit me for the first row. Got told “that’s too bad, sorry”.

Maybe I’m being entitled but that kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

Burrito I got today was fire. they charge $1 for fries instead of regular boiled potatoes inside of a Cali burrito the way it’s supposed to be made but I pay it every time lol.“

However, I’m deducting a star due to multiple negative experiences in the drive-thru with one specific employee who is consistently rude, even to my children. Despite my efforts to be respectful, his attitude is damaging your reputation, and I will now avoid the drive-thru entirely to steer clear of him. Please address this, as I shouldn't feel this way when trying to order from a restaurant I otherwise enjoy.“

It was a big party and we got everything correctly and it was all great. The staff kept checking on us to get refills for sodas and coffee. “I've been to this specific Carl's Jr. for 10 yrs, and they really improved their food quality and service over the years. Fries used to be cold, but now it's burning hot (in a good way). It's not too greasy or too salty; it's perfect. And the burgers, as usual, are excellent. Plus, the veggies inside are very fresh! It could be a bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. “Hole in the wall spot... but its become my go to for all things mexican. I come every Wednesday without fail. Asada burrito with the guac and cheese! Other great food: chile relleno plate, shrimp tacos & burritos (very spicy, get it without the red salsa if you don't like it hot), chile verde burrito, breakfast burrito, super fries and nachos always a fav. Its not fancy but the staff are always nice, especially Oscar! This place is def a place to star.
