“"Iconic" is the word that comes to mind when thinking about the Centro Basco. I'm no spring chicken, but this establishment has been around longer than I have. I'm a huge fan of the iconic shared boarder's dining table reminiscent of popular dining options in the Basque Country. As for iconic dishes, where else can you find the fabulous beef tongue and tomato appetizer? And of course iconic desserts such as Basque cheesecake or euskal pastela/gateau basque/pastel vasco. And the homemade flan! In spite of the Centro Basco's popularity, everyone is treated as a regular.“

“Been here twice so far, and this place is delicious! The french onion soup here is hard to beat, and every entree my friends and I had, we all loved. We all tried escargot for the first time, all of us kind of nervous to try it, but they brought them out and they were actually really good!I only have 1 complaint, and that's the veggies. Both times I've been here, they served carrots with no options to remove them, and I cannot stand carrots, so I wish they had more veggie options. For one suggestion, PLEASE add a chocolate souffle!“

“I had the Chocolate crepes with strawberries, vanilla ice cream (la mode), and milk. It was tasty good and I enjoyed it. I did have to wait a while as at the time they were short staffed as they posted on their counter. But it was only 8 minutes. There was limited seating as it was packed. Other than that, I had a good experience here as a crepe lover.“
