“Beautiful and delicious with fabulous service ! What a nice place for a quick bite or brunch. It's gorgeous and the food is so good. The pastries are heavenly. The empanadas are juicy and full of flavors. The sandwich was yummy. Great professional quick service. We sat in the beautiful patio on a sunny day, and it was perfect. The coffee was spot on like in Italy. Coming back for sure“

“I love Simonette. The patio is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cocktail and breakfast, lunch, or brunch. I’ve been there twice now and I can highly recommend the burger on the menu - the fried egg on top completes it! And the mussels in the light cream sauce are wonderful - especially with fries. A friend of mine ordered the fried Bronzino - the complete fish including the head - and she said it was delicious. There are great cocktails available and several wines and Prosecco available by the glass. The onsite valet parking is a bit steep, but there are many nearby options for parking in downtown Culver City if you don’t mind walking a few blocks.“

“Incredible bakery, everything is fresh and of high quality, I really liked the French atmosphere, it represents my country well. they also opened a french restaurant, and it was really very very good, both the dishes and the deserts.“

“Went there for a little date on Halloween and didn’t disappoint. I had the mushrooms and my partner the duck, both were very delicious.
I think some more classy better quality cutlery and candle holders would help the place reflect the fancy vibe they want.
There’s lots of parking space around“

“The design and layout are very nice. it feels like you are eating in the past. The restaurant is on the ground floor of a hotel. There's no parking lot and some street. Valet parking not sure of what the price is. Ordered the chilaquiles, very tasty. It's not spicy and a bit strong on lime flavor but still hits the spot. French toast is amazing, and you can ask for topping on the side. Staff is extremely friendly. Borderline closer to 5 stars, but parking and no A/C is the only limitation but very good place.“

“This place is AMAZING! It’s completely unassuming from the exterior; but the food and the service was way beyond my expectations! I truly wish there was a French restaurant like this in San Diego; I’d eat there at least once a week!!!“

“We came in on an unusually quiet Friday night. The service was excellent, and the food was superb. The tuna ribbons were excellent quality but could have had more flavor; I would recommend the sashimi instead. We shared a baked bream with pesto and pomegranate. YUM! The decor of this place is very pretty with a cool vibe. I would come back.“

“The owner is incredible. She is lovely, and more often than not is there making everything happen. The atmosphere is cozy, beautiful and delightful with limited outdoor options. There is a room in the back for a larger group, but without that its great for parties of 2-3. The soft scrambled eggs are insanely delicious. A great spot for a European feeling.“

“Lovely food, charming interior. We had carpaccio, lobster bisque, crispy duck, and potato crusted salmon. The dishes were all prepared very well. The fresh bread was quite good, served with harissa, etc. We very much enjoyed the nut tart served with vanilla sauce and very nice hazelnut gelato. Can’t wait to go again.“

“I came to Tesse to meet up with a friend and it just happened to be Dine LA week. For the prices, I felt that they offered a good variety and good amount of dishes to make sure you left full, at least for 2 people. Not a cheap place so it was nice to actually get a full meal. Not sure how it would have worked out if we had a larger party being that you get one smallish salad and 2 pastries. The food was very good. For DineLA, the table gets the Morning Baked Pastries (1 muffin & 1 croissant) AND the Little Gem salad AND their Our Famous Gluten-Free Oat Pancakes. Then each person chooses one of the main courses which in our case was their Short Rib Hash and Tesse Burger. We did not try the muffin or the croissant but I did take it home and my sister said it was average. As for the salad, it looked way over dressed but it wasn't so bad when I actually tried it. The dressing was mild so it was good. I really enjoyed their pancakes. If you have any hesitations about the gluten-free or oats, I would say still try them. They were good and would definitely order them again. I enjoyed the Short Rib Hash. It was basically a deconstructed hash, layered with scrambled eggs, short ribs, crispy potatoes, and caramelized onions and peppers. I felt that the short rib could have been flavored more, but eating with the caramelized onions helped. The potatoes were fantastic. So crispy and not burnt. The burger visually looked very plain and boring but it was surprisingly really good. It was on the small side though. I did feel that the DineLA menu was a bit confusing in that the food options were a bit scattered and random, especially in the order that they were served. The service was great. It was not very busy so perhaps that helped but the staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, I would come back again....I just need to be prepared a little extra since once again it is not a cheap place.“

“I had a wonderful experience. I got to my reservation early, so I sat at the bar to wait for the rest of my party. I was helped immediately in ordering a drink. I chose their Tempranillo red wine. So delicious and easy to drink. I highly recommend. The bar manager greeted me to see how I was doing. He was very nice.
The decor was super cute with pretty umbrella canopies over each table. The service was excellent, our server was friendly and attentive.
Honestly everything we ate was delicious. If I HAD to choose, I’d say my favorites were the scallop appetizer and lamb entree. ? I wish I took photos, the presentation was beyond exquisite.
I would definitely go again, and I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here.“

“Delightful lunch at Petrossian. The trout roe was excellent and included plenty of toppings.... The soufflé was devine with a nice amount of delicious caviar. Their crème fraiche was perfect. The others at the table had a beautiful salmon pizza, blinis, caviar, .... Everything was perfectly served and the wait staff was very attentive. Have already made my choices for the next venture there. (2 of us will be sharing the trout roe and salmon pizza). And if you like champagne they have some excellent choices for relatively reasonable prices.“
“Our favorite place to eat in the area. Not only a little piece of France, but truly delicious and authentic food. Prices are reasonable too.“

“Incredible burger. Easy candidate for best in LA. Great cocktails and NA drinks. Perfect spot to walk-in and grab a seat at the bar with a friend or solo. So grateful to have Cou Cou around the corner!
Last week was my ~4th time dining here. Food came out late after ordering from the bar and the kitchen had misplaced the ticket, so the bartender apologized and gave us a round on the house to compensate.“

“I recently stopped by this lovely bakery in Beverly Hills, and I have to say, it’s a hidden gem! My friend, who has been a loyal customer for years, recommended it to me, and I’m so glad she did. I visited once last year, and while I was in the area this morning, I couldn’t resist returning for their excellent coffee. The coffee alone is worth the trip, but they also have a wide selection of delicious- pastries. I’ve heard great things about their breakfast options, and their baguettes are supposed to be excellent.
The bakery offers indoor and outdoor seating, making it a cozy, relaxing spot to enjoy your meal. Free parking is available, which is a massive plus in Beverly Hills!
I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“Amazing culinary performance by Chef Gary Menes and assistants. Completely unlike (and arguably superior to) most fine dining experiences in its ambiance and focus. By foregrounding vegetables alongside the optional meat dishes, it's as though Menes is making a case that the veggies can hold their own. We were convinced!“

“Beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. Did the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was pricey but everything we ate tasted amazing. Loved the lobster thai red curry with pinot noir they paired it with. It is literally something I make at home, eat and drink. Or atleast try to.“

“This place has been baking for months and I liked their bread lately and I stopped going. I don't like that they sell me bread from another day that they have left. I pay for a bread of the day. Apart from that, they give it very expensive and they come out with bread from another day. Cold and stiff, it doesn't roast well for me and my family, that bakery has us disappointed, apart from the owner being very racist towards people who don't speak English. For half an hour I went to buy two cold and stiff raisin rolls that came out, I think I'm more embarrassed to return them. the bread“

“3.5/5 for something of this scale.
I’ve always wanted to come here since 2014 but just remembered and book a table yesterday. It was very exciting for us.
The atmosphere was fantastic. We got here around 6pm, so it wasn’t too loud yet and we were able to have an intimate dinner.
Appetisers were amazing - we got the oysters and the Portuguese octopus. It was very fresh and delicious.
Entrees, on the other hand, were alright. Both filet mignon and papa-deli pasta came out lukewarm. Both the taste and presentation was a little underwhelming comparing to the bar set by the appetiser. It wasn’t not delicious but there are plenty of places with better tastes.
Service was amicable, they payed attention to details very well. Valet was 14$, which isn’t unexpected but still quite absurd. The bill comes out 200$+ for two people and for the palette quality, I wouldn’t say it was worth it.
Overall experience was quite mid, wouldn’t recommend for or against nor come back anytime soon.
Parking: Valet is 14$“
“Harlowe turned into a fun night out with friends for us. A bunch of us had gotten together after many years without seeing each other. This restaurant/bar/club was the perfect setting for an epic night. The drinks and the service were absolutely awesome!“

“A wonderful classic Hollywood space, updated but true to its origins. I figured the food should be pretty good. Wrong! The food was really really excellent!!! A remarkably richly flavored duck breast, among the tenderest I’ve ever had. I had duck breast the next day at a Michelin-starred restaurant a mile or so to the south, and this was better. Yes, I like duck. Creative and beautifully prepared appetizers. Friendly and natural service.
Another well-known and excellent LA chef had this space for a while, and I’m amazed that the this new restaurant and new chef are appreciably better.“

“Had a beautiful dinner at Juliet yesterday! It’s such a charming space with a large patio and interior space. Service was excellent and they do a great job accommodating dietary restrictions. We tried the poisson cru, cauliflower, risotto, classic salad, and sea bream. All were fabulous, bursting with flavors and super well-balanced. We left the meal feeling full but not heavy and already talking about coming back soon!“
