“We decided to go out for breakfast and try a new place. The restaurant is very clean and the car seat booths are very neat. The service is great. The price of omelets are outrages everywhere and this place is no exception. Coffee is standard fair and I would not recommend it. The hash browns were cold, however the omelet was great.“

“A diner in the desert. That by no means belittles Elmer's, this is a must try whether you are a local or just visiting. Great breakfast options that will satisfy. Of note are the German pancakes which are like a crepe but huge!! Their loaded hashbrowns are a Must try. The only downside is that they can get busy so set expectations accordingly.“

“Passing through the area and decided to stop by for brunch after seeing great reviews on here and let me tell y'all.. THIS IS A GEM. Food was amazing, had the chilaquiles and a pork omelette, 10/10. They offered a spicy Chile oil that was delicious and packed some heat!! (I'm a spicy kinda girl just sayin) and the service really went above and beyond! We were there for a Tuesday lunch and the place was full. The bakery is awesome. The menu is extensive with plenty of choices. The parking lot is very ample with easy in and out. “Fun spot for brunch! I tried the Blondie's Eggs Benedict. As a huge eggs benny fan, I found the scone to be a bit overpowering and too heavy. I think I'd prefer a classic English muffin instead. The cinnamon roll was more like a cinnamon croissant - think less ooey gooey. We sat outside which was lovely! The place was very busy so service was fine but nothing extraordinary.“

“So I got off work working the night shift all night and was craving an açai bowl! This little family owned shop was the only one open on my way home! I figured I'd stop in and give them a try as I walked in I was greeted by a super friendly employee Rock dodger shirt, go Dodgers ha ha and she took my order super quick and super friendly. There was a few people who were waiting on their orders in front of me and the employee was still super friendly and professional and worked on getting all of our orders out in a timely and professional manner, they did have a few seating areas in the store where you could sit and enjoy your smoothie or your juice or your fruit bowls! They had a very big menu of smoothies, different juices, and different fruit bowls, that you could purchase and try! As I watched her, prepare my order of two açai bowls She was making everything fresh nothing was already premade everything was made from scratch and fresh! It was also a nice atmosphere to relax. There was some upbeat music in the background, but overall my first time there was an awesome experience was greeted when I walked in, was helped in a timely manner, and also pricing was reasonable. as my order was finishing up being made, the new owner walked in, and she was very friendly and welcoming, and greeted me with a good morning. Started a conversation with me as she began to help the other employee prep, and prepare more orders that were coming in will definitely be back to this small family owned businessOh my I’m speechless the açaí bowl was so amazingly fresh and delicious from the fruit to the granola and even the yogurt tasted so fresh I kinda want another one! “Not enough words to say how wonderful this place is. A Marilyn Monroe shrine . It's always buzzing with the locals that know how to find it the tourists that stumble into it. The portions are plenty big for 2, or for a big hungry person. It's all homemade, so get ready for an explosion of flavors in your mouth. I don't need to go into the menu options, it's all wonderful.“

“Went through the drive-through as a quick stop before our 4 hour drive back home. The veggie burrito was great (I don't like vegetables but want to and thought I'd give it a try ?). However, when I asked for no egg on mine, they took the egg off both and left my hubby's veggie burrito without. He wasn't happy because he wanted the egg and was hungry soon after.Just be clear on what you want, and you should be good.“

“We came in on 4/19/24 around 10:45am for breakfast. They didn't disappoint!! We have eaten in the San Diego location many times on our annual vacations. Israel was amazing and his service was a 10+. He was very attentive with everything we needed, refilled our coffee often, and checked in several times. The time it took to get our food was 10 mins or less and the restaurant was full, including the patio. Everyone was a delight and the food was amazing and so full of flavor. One of the best restaurants we have been to and this location will be added to our monthly visit to Palm Desert. Thanks so much Israel for a great experience. We are so glad to have a location pretty close to home.“

“It was Ceaser's first day. He did a great job. We are sure he will be a great asset to your company. The food was excellent, Ceaser's trainer was very good and friendly. One draw back: the food out of the kitchen was slow even though it wasn't rush hour lunch or breakfast .“

“The food was what you expect IHOP to be. Not special. But cooked right and consistent. Of course places don't use much seasonig anymore for customers who cannot eat that. However I think taking away seasoning as most commercial restaurants have, take away from the taste and enjoyment of the food. After all people are more inclined to return to a restaurant because they like they way the food taste and convenience. Their pancakes always perfect.“
