“This was such a great experience from start to finish. We were able to get last minute reservations and the team welcomed us from the moment we stepped in. It was my wife's birthday and they made us feel very special and even sang a song for her along with a free desert to wrap up the evening. The staff was wonderful and food did not disappoint. We will be back for sure!!“

“This restaurant is our go-to Chinese cuisine of choice. The pan fried pork dumplings were delicious as usual and the roast duck and shrimp and scallops were amazing! Washed down with Tsing Tao beers completed the evening. The service was excellent and it was nice to help a new server with his English. One negative was the sparse serving of white rice. Otherwise 5 stars!“

“I had a fantastic experience at this establishment! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. The manager was especially impressive—juggling multiple tasks with ease. Not only did they take the time to personally interact with customers, but I could also see them ensuring the cleanliness of the facility and overseeing the staff prep the food. “I have not been to the emperor's buffet for a while and was unpleasantly surprised to see how much it has changed and not in a good way. I was embarrassed to throw away practically a plate of food because I just could not eat it I don't know what has changed but I would not recommend by any means.“

“The food was good but, not great. The place was very clean. The help was friendly and nice. The extremely loud noise coming from the the kitchen dishwashing was very distracting. They charge $8.00 if you want fried rice 🍚 instead of white rice. They charge $2.00 for having the healthier brown rice. They don't offer lo mein as a substitute. The appetizer are quite pricey unless you get the happy hour ⏳ specials which are a better value. The average entrees $17 - $22+ parking 🅿️ is a nightmare when the mall is busy. It's a decent restaurant 🍴.“

“We went there tonight for the first time after getting a flyer for them. The dining area is clean and nice decor but a bit crowded when navigating between tables. We were asked for our drink order right away, and it delivered quickly. The male server came to take our order but we were not quite ready yet since this was our first visit and wanted to look over the menu. The server turned and left in a huff 🙄, sorry we were putting him out… Later a different server came to take our order. Again, I felt we were putting her out as well, not very hospitable or welcoming. Our meal arrived and it was very good; we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately after the meal was delivered our server went missing in action, no check back or refill on our drinks. In fact she was so busy chatting with the table behind me that she just reached over to set the bill for the meal on our table without breaking stride in her conversation with the other table. When it was time to go we asked for to-go containers for what we had not eaten; again I felt like we interrupted her as she returned with the containers dropped them on the table, turned and walked away. Later she returned to pick up our payment, not a thank you or how was your visit just grab and go. Bottom line for us, while the food was very good, well prepared and presented. The service was very underwhelming. We will have to think about returning for a second visit.“

“This place has been in PS for a very long time. Pretty decent food in comparison to any other Chinese restaurants in the desert. They remodeled which updated the resturant a bit. They have a good lunch menu where there is a decent portion of food for the price. Family run which is nice. If youre in the mood for Chines food worth the stop!“

“From Florida where good Chinese is hard to find. This place was blocks from the house. Went during lunch and the food was really good. Potstickers, shrimp, hot sour soup, mixed Kung Pow and Sweet and Sour soup Chicken with fried rice, egg roll and bbq pork and a couple of Tsing-Tao’s. Large portions which we took home. Hot and tasty. Will go back again. It is American style Chinese so if you’re looking for some kind of authentic taste or style, keep looking. This is what we know as good Chinese growing up on the west coast.“

“I called this location and talked to a very nice girl named Alexis. I asked her if they had the vegan plant based orange chicken. She said yes. I asked her if it was fresh and that I was driving 12 miles to get it. She said she would make sure that it was cooked fresh and that it would be ready when we got there. This kind of customer service is what dreams are made of.“

“As far as fast food goes, this place is pretty consistent…. The food is usually pretty fresh and the serving sizes are good too. This location is always clean and well maintained. The staff here tonight were efficient and helpful, even though there was a line out the door. This happens occasionally mid week when they do a school fundraiser.“

“11/5/24 - I just visited this panda express for the very first time, and I'm highly impressed with the customer service, food, and atmosphere. I ordered orange chic, fried rice, chow mein. It was packed and during lunch, but the handsome manager and entire staff were super fast and efficient. I agreed to wait for fresh fried rice, and I'm glad I did. It didn't take long and everything tasted delicious. The young man who bagged the takeout was very kind as well. Even the restroom was clean.

“Everything we ordered was fabulous! From the lettuce wraps, hot & sour soup, pot stickers, general chicken, beef chow fun, chicken lo main, honey walnut shrimp, stir fried green beans, and Mongolian beef—-EVERY SINGLE entree was delicious! Our server was super nice and accommodating with our party of 6. I could tell that this place has a ton of regulars as she knew several customers by their first name. Would definitely come back with my family again!“
