“My family and I were traveling through Redding at the end of September and we stopped at this Bistro for lunch. We were stunned by the genuine joy of the owners as they prepared and served food. They were exceedingly kind and we marveled at their work ethic in both producing such devoted care to tending to their customers while producing such excellent food. Speaking of the food, it was delicious and it was enjoyed by the whole family from the oldest to youngest. We hope to return here again when we travel through next time.“

“I grew up eating these bagels and I think they're probably the best I've ever had. Definitely get a berry bagel and a jalapeno cheese (it's spicy!). Anytime I come back to town I make sure to stop in and pick up a dozen to take home and throw in the freezer. A Redding institution and definitely something not to miss out on.“

“I've been coming to Thai hut since 2019. They remember my name and my order. This place is amazing, I am vegan and they have at least a dozen or more options for me, with little to no modifications needed. They're always so friendly and professional. They are family run and their hours of operation are normal business hours, they started staying open until 7 recently which is amazing because I'm usually not getting off work until 6 so it's perfect for dinner time on those days when I'm too exhausted and hungry to cook. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves Thai food ❤️ they're the BEST“

It was our first time visiting, and we were warmly greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. Our server was exceptional - attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. He truly made our dining experience stand out. The food was, without a doubt, the highlight of our evening. We started with the meatballs as an appetizer, and oh, the sauce was sublime! For our main courses, we opted for the Pesto Salmon in garlic herb linguine and the Pan Seared Bistro Filet. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. To cap off the meal, I indulged in the crème brûlée for dessert, Amazing!. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food, service, and ambiance at Karline's. “Delicious fresh poke and fast, friendly service! Driving through on our way back home to the Bay Area and after having just spent the week in Hawaii we were craving more poke. This place was delicious and definitely, portions were good and the flavor was great. They even had a handwritten note on the poke which I thought was a great touch!“

“Vintage Public House hosted our dinner for 35 guests, and everything was exceptional. Star was our server and did a phenomenal job. She handled our group’s special requests with grace, efficiency, and enthusiasm.

Planning the event was easy, and communication with the Vintage team was consistently responsive and friendly. If you’re looking to host a corporate dinner in the Redding area, I highly recommend this venue.

“We are from out of town and in Redding to visit family. When we got to the restaurant, it was a little bit of a wait, but now I know why. There was not one staff member that didn’t have a smile on their face. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Our 3yr old about lost his mind over the pancakes—we’ve never seen him eat so much! We all enjoyed our meals, they were fresh and fantastic. The energy in the restaurant is so cozy and welcoming, it was so clean, and the food was great. This will be our go to spot everytime we visit! 10/10! ps: the fact that they are such supporters of rescue animals is the best cherry on top! Thank you!! ♥️🐾“

“Got the beef burrito, and it was okay. For a smaller place like this I kind of expected it to be extraordinary, as most small places are. I even made the mistake of thinking I left my wallet at the table the night before. I came the next day and explained my situation to them.

They looked everywhere and noted my phone number. The owner was even there and also made a personal phone call for me to their cleaning service in case it was lost in their tablecloth linens. They did tell me that they do have a solid set up for missing items and it would have ended up there. I later realized I just misplaced my wallet at home.

“We had THE most amazing experience at Mosaic on Thanksgiving Day. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.“
