“My wife got a really good chocolate shake here and the free jumbo jack I got after purchasing a lrg drink and the rams scoring two td's the day B4 tasted amazing! My only complaint is, has and seems will always be - they have the worst tasting COKE! what's wrong w ur machines ? Every jack I go to has terrible coca-cola! And BTW "ronald" has the best!“
“We got short-changed on an order (it happens — every fast food place); wife called the store and manager Cynthia told us to bring in the receipt and they would make it good. A few days later I went in; Cynthia happened to be there, and not only did she make the previous order good, she went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied. Crew member Aria, working the counter, was also very pleasant in helping us. One instance, at least, of great customer service.“
