“Sometime things happen;) We ordered 3 med pizzas from FB as we do 2X month as the food is GREAT however, the delivery service never delivered the pizza for whatever reason. I called and spoke with one of the managers and I was HOT , Sophia WAS AMAAAZING , She took care of the issue fully & made me feel she understood & cared and as a result kept us as happy customers. She is a professional & and asset to FB! I wish more organization had people like her around.. Thank you Sophia!!“

“I’ve been to many Panera Bread locations, but this one truly stands out. The service is always friendly and attentive, with staff who genuinely care about making your visit enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh and delicious—especially the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. The warm, inviting ambiance makes it a perfect spot to relax with a coffee or get some work done. Overall, it’s an exceptional experience every time.“

“This location is takeout focused which means no indoor dining and lots of cars coming in and out of the parking lot. Order on the app so the food is ready for you when you arrive - just make sure to turn off location traction for the app. When you put the order in the app, immediately indicate that you are there, otherwise you’ll have a 10-15 min wait“
